A three-dimension measurement device includes a moving device, a projecting device, a surface-type image-capturing device and a processing device. The moving device carries an object, and moves the object to a plurality of positions. The projecting device generates a first light to the object. The surface-type image-capturing device senses a second light generated by the object in response to the first light to generate a phase image on each of the positions. The processing device is coupled to the surface-type image-capturing device and receives the phase images. The processing device performs a region-of-interest (ROI) operation for the phase images to generate a plurality of ROI images. The processing device performs a multi-step phase-shifting operation for the ROI images to calculate the surface height distribution of the object.

Three-dimension measurement device and operation method thereof

An image sensor including a plurality of pixels and a plurality of pixel sensing circuits is provided. The pixels are arranged in a pixel array. The pixels are configured to sense an image to obtain a plurality of reference pictures. The pixels include a plurality of pixel types. The pixel sensing circuits are respectively and electrically connected to the pixels. The pixel sensing circuits are configured to respectively receive a photo current generated by each of the pixels. The pixels have different characteristic curves based on the pixel types, and at least one of an electrode structure parameter and an electrode bias of each of the pixels is determined according to a correspondingly characteristic curve. In addition, an image sensing method is also provided.

Image sensor and image sensing method

An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The image sensor includes a pixel sensing circuit, a pixel electrode, and an opto-electrical conversion layer. The pixel sensing circuit is corresponding to a plurality of pixel regions. The pixel electrode is disposed on the pixel sensing circuit. The pixel electrode includes a first electrode and a second electrode and is electrically connected to the pixel sensing circuit. The first electrode and the second electrode are coplanar, and have different polarities. The opto-electrical conversion layer is disposed on the pixel sensing circuit. The opto-electrical conversion layer includes a plurality of opto-electrical conversion portions, each of the opto-electrical conversion portions is corresponding to each of the pixel regions, and the opto-electrical conversion portions are separated from each other by a pixel isolation trench.

Image sensor and manufacturing method thereof

Image sensor

An image sensor is provided. The image sensor includes a pixel sensing circuit corresponding to at least a first pixel region and a second pixel region adjacent to each other, a pixel electrode disposed on the pixel sensing circuit, and a opto electrical conversion layer including a photo sensing layer and a carrier transport layer disposed on the pixel sensing circuit and the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the pixel sensing circuit and includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are coplanar and have different polarities. The first electrode or the second electrode located in the first pixel region is adjacent to the first electrode or the second electrode having the same polarity located in the second pixel region.

A surface measurement device includes a rotating platform, a motion lever, a measuring module and a control module. The rotating platform rotates an object at a rotating speed. The motion lever is above the rotating platform. The measuring module moves to a variety of measuring positions on the motion lever. When the measuring module is at one of the measuring positions, the measuring module measures the heights of a plurality of sampling points on the surface of the object in a sampling frequency. The control module selectively modifies the rotating speed of the rotating platform or the sampling frequency of the measuring module according to the measuring position of the measuring module to make the distance between the sampling points in at least a region of the surface of the object match a sampling rule.

Surface measurement device and method thereof

A surface measuring device includes a rotary platform, a shifting lever, a measuring module, and a control module. The rotary platform carries an object under test and rotates the object under test at a rotating speed. The shifting lever is above the rotary platform. The measuring module disposed on the shifting lever moves to measurement positions on the shifting lever and performs a surface height measurement at a sampling frequency to sampling points on a surface of the object under test when located at one measurement position. The control module selectively adjusts the rotational speed for the rotary platform or the sampling frequency for the measuring module according to the measurement position of the measuring module on the shifting lever in order to fit a distance between the sampling points on at least one part of the surface of the object under test to a sampling rule.

Surface measuring device and method thereof

A temperature sensing apparatus configured to measure a temperature distribution of a surface to be measured is provided. The temperature sensing apparatus includes a lens set, a filtering module, a plurality of sensor arrays, and a processing unit. The lens set is configured to receive radiation from the surface to be measured. The filtering module is configured to filter the radiation from the lens set into a plurality of radiation portions respectively having different wavelengths. The sensor arrays are configured to respectively sense the radiation portions. The processing unit is configured to calculate an intensity ratio distribution of the radiation between the different wavelengths according to the radiation portions respectively sensed by the sensor arrays and determine the temperature distribution according to the intensity ratio distribution. A laser processing system and a temperature measuring method are also provided.

Temperature sensing apparatus, laser processing system, and temperature measuring method

A phase retardance inspection instrument, comprising: a light source module for generating a single-wavelength light beam; a circularly polarized light generating module, comprising a polarizer and a first phase retarder, for receiving the single-wavelength light beam as it is guided to pass through the polarizer and the first phase retarder in order; and a detecting module, comprising a second phase retarder, a polarizing beam splitter, a first image sensor and a second image sensor, for receiving and guiding a circularly polarized light beam to travel through the second phase retarder and the polarizing beam splitter in order after it passes through a substrate under inspection, wherein the polarizing beam splitter splits an elliptically polarized light beam into intensity vector components of a left-hand circularly polarized light beam and a right-hand circularly polarized light beam, which are to be emitted into the first image sensor and the second image sensor, respectively.

Phase retardance inspection instrument

A multi-channel imaging spectrometer, comprising an image acquiring unit, an optical detection element, a dispersion element and a lens module comprising a collimating lens module and a focusing lens module. The design of the lens module achieves elimination of primary aberrations such as coma and distortion through separating the collimating lens module and the focusing lens module, having identical structures with the collimating lens module, by a distance that is defined between a rear principle point of the collimating lens module and a front principle point of the focusing lens module and is twice of a front focal length of the focusing lens module. In addition, the lens module is also designed to exhibit linear dispersion for applied spectrum such that focus for each wavelength of the spectrum is linearly distributed on the imaging plane of the spectrometer so as to reduce the dispersion aberration.
