The present application relates to a device for extracting volatile components from a sample received in a sample vessel, wherein the sample vessel is closed in a gas-tight manner. The device moreover has a discharge line and a supply line, which protrude into the sample vessel. The supply line comprises a first valve with which a flow of gas through the supply line can be throttled and/or interrupted. A suction opening of a pump is fluidically connected to the discharge line via a first fluid line, such that the pressure conditions in the device can be controlled by the capacity of the pump and by the setting of the first valve. A second fluid line fluidically connects the supply line to an output opening of the pump, such that sample vessel, supply line, discharge line and pump form a closed gas circuit. A trap element with at least one sorption material is fluidically connected to the first fluid line or the second fluid line.

Device for extracting volatile components

In a method for performing a solid-phase micro-extraction, a holding device connected to an extraction device and secured on an adapter is held, while an actuating device connected to a guide device is moved. A device for performing a solid-phase microextraction comprises an actuating device connected to a guide device, and a holding device connected to an extraction device, wherein the extraction device is guided at least partially in the guide device, and wherein the extraction device is movable relative to the guide device by means of an actuation of the actuating device.

Solid-phase microextraction

A device () for extracting an extraction material, in particular for solid-phase micro-extraction, comprises an extractor () and a tip () for penetrating a separating layer, wherein the extractor () is connected to the tip (). In a method for extracting an extraction material from a container with an extraction device (), a separating layer of the container is penetrated by a tip () of an extractor (), and the extraction material is extracted.

Extraction device

A device () for mixing a sample, in particular for an automatic chemical analysis instrument, comprises a receptacle device with at least two moveably guided container receptacles (-), with each container receptacle (-) comprising a support region for holding a sample container (-). The support regions of the two container receptacles (-) are arranged at different heights in an operational state of the device ().
