A foldable container comprises a base and two pairs of side plates. The side plates are mounted on the base by means of a hinge mechanism in manner of being foldable relative to the base. The hinge mechanism is provided with an elastic reset structure, thereby the hinge structure on the side plates moves downwards synchronously in the courses that the side plates overturn from a folding state to an upright state. The hinge structure solves the problem of delay in the falling of a hinge in the prior art, is well adapted to the operation habits of various users, and is simple in structure and skillful in the concept.

Foldable container

Retractable handle assembly used in a valve of an Intermediate bulk container (IBC) includes a valve body, a valve core, and a valve stem. The valve stem is used to drive the valve core to move so as to open/close the valve. The handle of the handle assembly is connected to the valve stem and can be rotated around the central rotating axis of the valve stem. When the valve needs to be opened/closed, the handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a deployed state to open/close the valve. The handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a retracted state so as to reduce the space occupied by the valve for the valve to be welded to the liner bag or installed to IBC. The handle can be switched between a deployed state and a retracted state.

A disposable anti-tampering lock catch is an integrated piece and comprises a handle, a main tearing portion, a locking portion, a limiting portion and an auxiliary tearing arm. A first tearing structure which cannot be restored after being torn is arranged on the main tearing portion. The auxiliary tearing arm is provided with a second tearing structure, wherein when the disposable anti-tampering lock catch is opened, both the first tearing structure and the second tearing structure are torn, and the shape of the auxiliary tearing arm is deformed after being torn and cannot be reset.

Disclosed is an anti-spillage structure arranged on two components which are connected together by vibration friction welding. The two components include a base plate, the anti-spillage structure is provided with a main welding rib and a material-blocking plate, the main welding rib and the material-blocking plate are arranged on the same component or the main welding rib and the material-blocking plate are respectively arranged on the two components. An auxiliary welding rib is arranged at the top end of the material-blocking plate, when the two components are welded to each other, the base plate, the main welding rib, the material-blocking plate and the auxiliary welding rib enclose a spillage cavity, such that the spillage of the main welding rib generated in the welding process is fully accommodated in the spillage cavity.

The present invention discloses an intermediate bulk container and a valve opening/closing device therefor. The container comprises a base, side plates, and a valve installed at the bottom of the container. The valve opening/closing device comprises a handle, a motion-transferring device, a valve opening/closing mechanism and a clutch device. The handle is installed on the side plate and is connected to the motion-transferring device. The motion-transferring device is used to transfer the actions acting on the handle to the valve opening/closing mechanism so as to achieve opening/closing of the valve. The clutch device is used to engage the motion-transferring device with the valve opening/closing mechanism or disengage the motion-transferring device from the valve opening/closing mechanism. According to the valve opening/closing device of the present invention, the operating handle is provided at appropriate position of the side plate of the container, thereby avoiding actions such as bending over or squatting on the ground while opening/closing the valve, thus it is convenient for use and can prevent the valve from being opened by mistake.

Intermediate bulk container and valve opening/closing device therefor

A lid hanging structure of a container is disclosed in the present invention. The container includes a base, side plates and a lid. the hanging structure includes hanging members and hanging slots, wherein the hanging members are engaged or disengaged with the hanging slots respectively so as to hang the lid on the container or remove the lid from the container, and one of the anging members and the hanging slot is provided on the lid and the other is provided on the side plates. According to the lid hanging structure, it is convenient to remove the lid from the container when necessary. That is to say that, the lid can be removed directly when not in use or in the hanging state, and can be removed by simple operation in the hanging state, so as to reduce the amount of labor, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.

The present invention discloses an intermediate bulk container (IBC) and a valve opening/closing device therefor. The container comprises a base, side plates, and a valve installed at the bottom of the container. The valve opening/closing device comprises a handle, a motion-transferring device and a valve opening/closing mechanism. The handle is installed at the side plate and is connected with the motion-transferring device. The motion-transferring device is at least partially located in the cavity between two sidewalls of the side plate of the container or at least partially located in the groove provided on the side plate, and is used to transfer the actions acting on the handle to the valve opening/closing mechanism to open/close the valve. According to the valve opening/closing device of the present invention, the operating handle is provided at an appropriate position of the side plate of the container, and the motion-transferring device is located between two sidewalls of the side plate or located in the groove provided on the side plate, thereby avoiding bending over or squatting on the ground while opening/closing. Further, the overall volume ratio will not be affected, and the folding level will not be increased when the folding the intermediate bulk container.

Container and lid locking mechanism thereof

This invention discloses a collapsible container, comprising a base and two pairs of opposite side walls. The side walls are provided with one or more movable portions extending from the bottom of the side walls. The base is provided with one or more opening pockets, wherein the side walls are disposed in the corresponding opening pockets on the base via the movable portions. A hinge device is provided between the movable portions and the opening pockets. The hinge device comprises: hinge holes provided in the movable portions of the side walls; a guiding device provided in the opening pockets of the base; and a connecter provided with hinge pins and a sliding device to be engaged with the guiding device. The sliding device of the connecter is movable up and down in vertical direction along the guiding device in the opening pockets. The hinge pins are disposed in the hinge holes and are rotable around the hinge pins. When folded, the side walls of the collapsible container according to this invention will not inclined relative to the base. In addition, the collapsible container of the invention can be detached or folded in any consequences without tool.

The present invention discloses a valve opening/closing device for an intermediate bulk container. the container comprises a base, side plates, and a valve provided on the base. Wherein the valve opening/closing device comprises a handle, a motion-transferring device, and a valve opening/closing mechanism, wherein the handle is mounted on the side plate and connected to the motion-transferring device, and the motion-transferring device is used to transfer the force applied on the handle to the valve, so as to open or close the valve. For the valve opening/closing device of the present invention, the operating handle is provided at an appropriate position at the side plate of the container, thereby avoiding bending over or squatting on the ground, etc when opening or closing the valve, facilitating use. In addition, the operating moment can be adjusted through adjusting the transmission ratio of the motion-transferring device, which makes it easy to control the operating force.

The present invention relates to a valve with a hinged valve core. The valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, an operating mechanism, a motion-transferring device and a locking device. The valve body is a housing. The housing is formed with a operating hole used to partially accommodate the operating mechanism and a channel having an inlet and an outlet. The valve core is connected with the valve body through a hinge. The operating mechanism is used to operate the valve core to be rotated around the central axis of the hinge to open/close the valve. The motion-transferring device is used to transfer actions on the operating mechanism to the valve core, and when the valve is closed or open, the valve core is locked on the valve body through the locking device. The valve of the present invention has a compact structure, is easy to operate, requires a small torque for opening and allows a large flow when opened.

A lid locking mechanism of a container is disclosed herein. the container includes a base, side plates and a lid. The locking mechanism is provided on an edge of the lid and an upper portion of the side plate; and the locking mechanism comprises a locking structure, a restoring structure and a guiding structure; wherein the locking structure is used to lock the lid to the side plates of the container, and the restoring structure and the guiding structure are used to assist the locking structure in locking the lid to the side plates. The locking mechanism of the present invention will not be damaged easily, and it is very convenient to open and close the lid provided with the locking mechanism.

A radial inwardly-convex profile () is formed at the circumferential wall inside the concave portion, the transmission member () is formed with a radial outwardly-convex profile (), and when a valve rod () drives the sliding ejector pin () and the transmission member () to rotate, the radial inwardly-convex profile () in the concave portion of the valve core () engages with the sliding ejector pin () and the radial outwardly-convex profile () of the transmission member () to switch the valve core among an open state, a pre-closed state and a fully-closed state. The valve core assembly has a simple structure and a high space utilization, so as to minimize the size of the valve, and the opening torque is small and the sealing performance is desirable.
