A optical path structure and a cross line laser comprising the same are provided. The optical path structure comprises a laser emitter () for emitting laser light, and the following devices arranged sequentially along the direction of the optical path of the laser light: an aspherical mirror (), a first beamsplitter () and a second beamsplitter (), a wedge-shaped mirror (), and a cylindrical mirror (). The advantages of the present invention are that: 1) the angle of the incident surface () of the wedge-shaped mirror () is reasonably set such that the light ray reflected by the incident surface () of the wedge-shaped mirror () cannot emit onto the beamsplitters (), or even if it emits onto the beamsplitters (), there is no interference with the reflected light rays () by the beamsplitters (), avoiding the multiple-point phenomenon; 2) the structure of the wedge-shaped mirror () is reasonably set such that the breakpoints in the projected laser light line are eliminated.

A laser level comprising a first laser module and a second laser module, each comprising a laser diode and an optical unit, a holder arranging the first laser module and the second laser module in a fixed relative position, and a housing, in which the holder is suspended with a gimbal or ball joint. Each optical unit comprises a collimating lens arranged along the beam path following the laser diode, and configured for collimating a beam emitted by the laser diode; a pair of partially transmitting mirrors, each arranged along the beam path following the collimating lens, and configured for laterally reflecting less than half of the collimated beam in terms of the beam cross-section, and in terms of the beam intensity; and a cylindrical lens arranged along the beam path following the pair of partially transmitting mirrors, and configured for shaping the collimated beam into a fan beam.

A window for a laser line projector has a front window, a left window, and a right window positioned on the same plane. A projection of the front window, left window and right window has a shape of an isosceles trapezoid. The projection of the front window is an upper base of the isosceles trapezoid. The projections of the left window and right window are opposite legs of the isosceles trapezoid.

A cross line laser () comprises a shell and a hanging system (). The hanging system has two laser modules () arranged oppositely on a same plane. Each laser module comprises a laser device (), a collimation device (), and a cylindrical lens (). The cylindrical lens has a high refraction index. Lasers emitted by the laser device passes through the collimation device and are incident on the cylindrical lens, and are split by the cylindrical lens to form laser rays with a diffusion angle approximately larger than 180 degrees. Horizontal laser rays generated by the two laser modules intersect with each other, so as to form laser rays with a diffusion angle of 360 degrees.
