Power module includes transformer unit including primary and secondary windings and magnetic core; first and second capacitor units coupled to first terminal of primary winding of transformer unit through first node; first and second external pins respectively coupled to first terminal of first capacitor unit and second terminal of second capacitor unit; first and second switch units coupled to second terminal of primary winding of transformer unit thorough second node; third and fourth external pins respectively coupled to first terminal of first switch unit and second terminal of second switch unit; secondary-side circuit coupled to secondary winding; and fifth and sixth external pins electrically coupled to first and second output terminals of secondary-side circuit, respectively. First external pin is coupled to one of third and fourth external pins selectively.

Power module and power circuit

A resonant converter includes primary and secondary circuits, a transformer, a resonant network and a control circuit. The control circuit is coupled to the primary circuit and the secondary circuit, and configured to control primary switches of the primary circuit operating with a switching frequency. At least one of primary switches is configured to be turned on from a first switching moment until a second switching moment. The control circuit is configured to control secondary switches of the secondary circuit, such that at least one of secondary switches is turned on during a first time interval to increase a current of the resonant network in a first flowing direction and an output current in a second flowing direction or equal to zero.

Resonant converter and operating method thereof

The present disclosure provides a control method, in which charge control is combined with input voltage feedforward control and output current feedforward control. It can be shown that the combination of the charge control with the feedforward control performs better than the combination of the direct frequency control (DFC) with the feedforward control. In particular, the combination of the charge control with the feedforward control has much better load transient response with respect to the load transient response of the combined direct frequency control and feedforward control.

Isolated resonant DC-DC converters and control methods thereof

A multilevel conversion circuit having a flying capacitor is provided, including: a first bridge arm; a second bridge arm including a flying capacitor, the midpoints of the second and first bridge arms connected to a series branch defined by a first current limiting circuit, a power supply and an inductor; a DC bus capacitor connected in parallel to the first and second bridge arms; a rectifier circuit having an input end coupled to the power supply and an output end connected to a first auxiliary power supply; and a controller coupled to the first auxiliary power supply and the plurality of switches of the second bridge arm to control corresponding switches of the second bridge arm, the power supply charges the flying capacitor through the corresponding switches of the first and second bridge arms and the first current limiting circuit.

Multilevel conversion circuit having flying capacitor

The present application provides a power supply system for supplying power to network device, comprising power supply module, housing, and stereoscopic accommodating space therebetween. The power supply module without a fan comprises: a primary circuit comprising at least one primary switch and configured to receive AC input voltage and convert the AC input voltage into a first voltage; a transformer comprising primary and secondary windings and configured to convert the first voltage into a second voltage, the primary winding is coupled to the primary circuit; and a secondary circuit comprising at least one secondary switch and configured to convert the second voltage into a DC output voltage for the network device, the secondary circuit is coupled to the secondary winding, the secondary switch adopts SMT package, and power density of the power supply module is 60 W/inchor more. The stereoscopic accommodating space is filled with liquid coolant for cooling.

Power supply system for supplying power to network device

A resonant converter includes a transformer, a resonant network, control circuit, primary and secondary circuits. One of the primary switches is turned on from a first switching moment until a second switching moment. The resonant network is coupled between the primary circuit and the primary winding. A current of the resonant network changes a direction at a first moment between the first and second switching moments. The secondary circuit is coupled to the secondary winding. One of the secondary switches is turned on during first and second preset time interval to increase the current in a direction by the secondary winding being clamped by a preset voltage, in which the output current is increased in an opposite direction or equal to zero.

Resonant converter and controlling method thereof

The present disclosure provides a control method for an AC-DC conversion circuit. The method includes: in an entire load range, acquiring circuit parameter information of the AC-DC conversion circuit; limiting an actual switching frequency or an actual switching period of the AC-DC conversion circuit within a preset working range according to the circuit parameter information. The AC-DC conversion circuit can meet requirements of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), Power Factor (PF), efficiency and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and the like by adjusting the working information of the AC-DC conversion circuit through the preset working range.

Control method for an AC-DC conversion circuit

A control method for a power factor correction circuit is disclosed. The power factor correction circuit includes a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, an output capacitor and an active clamp unit. The control method includes steps of providing a first driving waveform to control a main switch, providing a second driving waveform to control an auxiliary switch, and providing a third driving signal to control a fifth switch. A first delay time is between the turning-off time point of the third driving signal and the turning-on time point of the first driving waveform, a second delay time is between the turning-on time point of the first driving waveform and the turning-off time point of the second driving waveform, and a third delay time is between the turning-off time point of the second driving waveform and the turning-on time point of the third driving signal.

Control method for power factor correction circuit

A magnetic element, a power module and a power conversion system are provided. The magnetic element includes a main body, a plurality of first magnetic posts, a first common magnetic post and a second magnetic post. A first lateral edge and a second lateral edge of the main body are opposite to each other and extended along a first direction. A third lateral edge and a fourth lateral edge of the main body are opposite to each other and extended along a second direction. The plurality of first magnetic posts are disposed on the main body and arranged along the first direction. The first common magnetic post is disposed on the main body and located at the first magnetic posts. The second magnetic post is disposed on the main body and located at the first common magnetic post.

Magnetic element, power module and power conversion system

The present disclosure provides a control method for an AC-DC conversion circuit. The method includes: calculating working information of an AC-DC conversion circuit according to at least one circuit parameter information of an input voltage, an input current, an output voltage, and an output current of the AC-DC conversion circuit; comparing the working information of the AC-DC conversion circuit with a preset working range to obtain an actual switching frequency or an actual switching period of the AC-DC conversion circuit. The AC-DC conversion circuit can meet requirements of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), Power Factor (PF), efficiency and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and the like by adjusting the working information of the AC-DC conversion circuit through the preset working range.

Multi-mode working control method for AC-DC power supply

A power factor correction circuit includes an input power source, a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, an output capacitor and an active clamp unit. The first bridge arm includes a first switch and a second switch in series. The second bridge arm includes a third switch and a fourth switch in series. The active clamp unit includes a second inductor, a clamp capacitor and a fifth switch. The power factor correction circuit may realize the ZVS function of the first switch and the second switch by the collaboration of the active clamp unit and the conduction/non-conducting state of the first switch, the second switch, the third switch and the fourth switch.

Power factor correction circuit

A power generating method for a wireless power transmission device includes the following steps. Firstly, a power transmitting circuit is switched between an enabled state and a disabled state. When the power transmitting circuit is in the enabled state, the power transmitting circuit emits a first power and the power receiving circuit converts the first power into a second power. Then, the second power is converted into an output power, and the second power is converted into an auxiliary power. If the first power is not received by a power receiving circuit, the above steps are repeated. If the first power is received by the power receiving circuit, the power transmitting circuit is continuously in the enabled state, so that the auxiliary power is continuously generated.

Power generating method and wireless power transmission device therefor

A wireless power transmission device includes a transmitter unit and a receiver unit. The transmitter unit converts an input DC power into an inverted AC power, the receiver unit receives the AC power through a coupling effect. A fault protection method is also provided in the present disclosure. If the receiver unit is abnormal, a main power circuit of the receiver unit is short-circuited. Then, a phase relationship between an inverted AC voltage and an inverted AC current of the inverted AC power is detected. A phase judgment signal is generated according to the phase relationship. An overcurrent judgment signal is generated according to the amplitude of the inverted AC current and a predetermined current threshold. A fault signal is generated according to the phase judgment signal and the overcurrent judgment signal. In response to the fault signal, the wireless power transmission device is controlled to shut down.

Fault protection method and wireless power transmission device using same

A wireless power transmission device includes a contactless transmitter unit, a contactless receiver unit and a step-down transformer. The transmitter unit receives an input AC power. A receiver coil of the receiver unit and a transmitter coil of the transmitter coil are electromagnetically coupled with each other. The input AC power is electromagnetically coupled to the receiver coil through the transmitter coil. Consequently, the input AC power is converted into a first output AC power. A first coil and a second coil of the step-down transformer are electromagnetically coupled with each other. The first coil is electrically connected with the receiver coil to receive the first output AC power. A second output AC power is outputted from the second coil. A turn ratio of the first coil to the second coil is larger than a turn ratio of the transmitter coil to the receiver coil.
