A three-phase expandable AC system based on battery reconfiguration and a control method thereof are provided. The system includes a reconfigurable battery array capable of connecting to a load or being tied to a grid, and having a plurality of battery array modules. The reconfigurable battery array may perform charging or discharging with respect to the load or the grid, and may perform one of operations including: generating a single-phase AC voltage corresponding respectively to outputs of the battery array modules; generating a three-phase AC voltage corresponding to three battery array modules selected from the plurality of battery array modules; and generating a plurality of three-phase AC voltages in parallel from the plurality of battery array modules, and merging the three-phase AC voltages in parallel to scale power.

Three-phase expandable AC system based on battery reconfiguration and control method thereof

A direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) converter in accordance with an embodiment includes a battery array module, a battery control module and a polarity converter, wherein the battery array module and the magnetic converter are respectively coupled to the battery control module. The battery array module is used to receive DC signals. The battery array module is controlled by the battery control module to reconfigure and generate a multi-phase step signal. The multi-phase step signal is sent to the polarity converter. The multi-phase step signal is converted into an AC signal output by the polarity converter.

DC to AC converter and control method thereof

In an embodiment, a power apparatus operating method includes receiving a mode switching signal to control an operating of a power apparatus to provide and/or receive a preconfigured load; sensing an enable route current of an enable route, and a bypass route current of a bypass route, wherein the enable route current flowing through a battery module including one or more batteries, and the bypass route current does not flowing through the battery module; and controlling driving a first and a second switches by using a negative feedback control and an open loop control, to perform a current switching between an enable mode and a bypass mode of the power apparatus, based on the mode switching signal, the enable route current and the bypass route current, wherein the enable mode uses the power apparatus and the bypass mode bypasses the power apparatus.

A programmable battery source architecture includes: a battery module, including a plurality of battery units, and a programmable battery connection circuit coupled to the battery module. The programmable battery connection circuit includes: a matrix intersection line module, electrically coupled to the battery module for forming a plurality of battery connection configurations; a switch group, disposed at each line intersection of the matrix intersection line module, for switching the battery connection configurations; and a control unit, for dynamically controlling the switch group based on a load requirement, for selecting at least a battery connection configuration from the battery connection configurations, and accordingly, the battery module outputting at least an output voltage based on the selected at least a battery connection configuration.

Programmable battery source architecture and method thereof

A batteryless rotary encoder is provided, which includes a rotation detecting section and a signal processing section. The rotation detecting section includes a rotational exciter magnet and a piezoelectric transducer. The piezoelectric transducer is constructed by laminating a magnetic material and a piezoelectric transduction sheet, and the magnetic material faces toward the rotational exciter magnet. When the rotational exciter magnet rotates, the rotational exciter magnet attracts or repels the magnet sheet or the magnetic metal sheet so that the piezoelectric transducer is pressed or stretched by the magnet sheet or the magnetic metal sheet to generate a first output signal. The signal processing section includes a counter and a rectifier. The counter receives the first output signal and calculates revolutions of the first output signal to indicate the number of rotations of the rotational exciter magnet. The rectifier receives the first output signal to power the counter.

Batteryless rotary encoder

A method and a system for controlling a rectifier can obtain a predicted switching interval. The method includes steps of: receiving frequency information and line information of a power generator, the line information including a switching point where a voltage or current crosses zero and a switching interval based on the frequency information; obtaining a predicted switching interval according to the frequency information and the line information, and obtaining a feedback signal according to two terminals of at least one component of the rectifier; and switching a switching signal of the rectifier within the predicted switching interval according to the feedback signal.

Predictive switching control for an active rectifier

A battery system includes a main control module and a battery pack. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery modules. During the transition of mode switching, each of the battery modules outputs a constant current. The battery modules monitor the battery status of the battery modules respectively. Based on a load requirement, the battery status of the battery modules and a conversion efficiency, the main control module dynamically controls a voltage conversion operation mode of a voltage converter of the battery system and dynamically controls the operation modes of the battery modules respectively.

An galvanic isolator circuit is provided. The electronic isolator circuit includes a coil and a magnetic field (MF) sensor. The coil is coupled to a first circuit. The MF sensor is coupled to a second circuit, and disposed corresponding to the coil. The first circuit transfers a MF signal to the MF sensor via the coil. The MF sensor transforms the MF signal into an output signal and provides the output signal to the second circuit. Accordingly, the galvanic isolator circuit is capable of realizing functions for galvanic isolating by utilizing the coil and the MF sensor.

An electrical isolator packaging structure and a manufacturing method of an electrical isolator are provided. The electrical isolator packaging structure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a coil, and a magnetic field (MF) sensor. The coil is disposed on the first substrate. The MF sensor is disposed on the second substrate. The position of the coil is arranged according to the position of the MF sensor such that the coil transmits a signal to the MF sensor. Thus, the electrical isolator can be implemented by magnetic coupling with the coil and the MF sensor.

Electrical isolator packaging structure and manufacturing method for electrical isolator

An optical communication device and a control method thereof are provided. The optical communication device includes a driving module, a data transmission module, a light emitting module, and a feedback module. The driving module generates a driving current. The data transmission module generates a data current according to a piece of data. The light emitting module is electrically connected to the driving module and the data transmission module directly and emits visible light according to an illuminating current generated by combining the driving current with the data current. The feedback module adjusts a direct current (DC) potential of one of the driving current and the data current so as to make an average intensity of the visible light equal a preset intensity.

Optical communication device and control method thereof

A magnetic sensing apparatus and a magnetic sensing method thereof are provided. The magnetic sensing apparatus includes a reference magnetic field (MF) generating unit, a MF sensing unit, a signal processing unit, a calibration unit and a frequency generating unit. The MF sensing unit senses an external MF and a reference MF to provide a MF sensing signal. The signal processing unit receives and transfers the MF sensing signal into an output signal. The calibration unit calibrates the output signal according to the MF sensing signal. The frequency generating unit provides an operating frequency. The reference MF generating unit provides the reference MF according to the operating frequency, and the MF sensing unit senses the external MF and the reference MF according to the operating frequency.

Magnetic sensing apparatus and magnetic sensing method thereof

An impedance analysis device adapted to an object under test (OUT) includes a signal generator, a signal analysis unit and a processing unit. The signal generator outputs a pulse signal to the OUT. The signal analysis unit acquires a response signal which the OUT responds to the pulse signal, and analyzes the response signal to obtain an analysis parameter. The processing unit coupled to the signal analysis unit receives the analysis parameter, so as to obtain an impedance variation characteristic of the OUT.

A current sensing circuit comprises a high frequency signal generator, an electromagnetic exchanger, and a demodulation circuit. The high frequency signal generator generates a high frequency signal. The electromagnetic exchanger couples to the high frequency signal generator, and receives the high frequency signal to generate a high frequency magnetic field. The high frequency magnetic field modulates the magnetic field induced by a current to generate a modulated magnetic field. The electromagnetic exchanger induces the modulated magnetic field to output a modulated signal. A current-mode analog baseband apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a current-mode low-order filter, a current-mode programmable gain amplifier (PGA) unit and a high-order filter. The input impedance is smaller than the output impedance in the current-mode low-order filter. An input terminal of the current-mode PGA unit is connected to an output terminal of the current-mode low-order filter. An input terminal of the high-order filter is connected to an output terminal of the current-mode PGA unit.
