An electric drive axle for a vehicle includes at least one first electric vehicle drive system () for driving at least one vehicle wheel () and at least one connection interface () for at least one power take-off (PTO). The vehicle drive system () is coupled at least to one first double shift element () such that, at least in a first engagement position of the first double shift element (), the vehicle drive system () is drivingly coupled to at least one vehicle wheel () and, in a second engagement position of the first double shift element (), the vehicle drive system () is decoupled from the at least one vehicle wheel () and is drivingly coupled to the connection interface () for the power take-off (PTO). A vehicle with an electric drive axle is also provided.

An axle drive () for a motor vehicle axle includes at least a first drive unit (), a second drive unit (), and an output axle (). The first and second drive units () are arranged such that an overall center of gravity () of the axle drive () is situated proximate to a center of the output axle () and/or an axis of rotation of a vehicle wheel of the motor vehicle driven by the axle drive ().

Axle drive

A method of actuating a shifting element with three shift positions, having a simply controlled shifting cylinder as the actuating element, a shifting element for shifting to the three shift positions and a pressure regulator, such that the shifting cylinder is designed as a cylinder with one working line and the shifting element is pushed by the spring force of at least one spring element to an end position and moved to the other shift positions in opposition to the spring force. The central position is recognized in that, when the correct shifting element position is reached, the force for moving the shifting element in opposition to the spring force abruptly increases and, because of this, a specific pressure can be set by a pressure regulator for the central position.

Shifting element with three shift positions

A motor vehicle powershift transmission which comprising two partial transmissions (TG, TG) each with a respective input shaft (GE, GE) that can be drivingly connected, via a main separator clutch (CL, CL; CL', CL&#x2032;; CL*, CL*), with the driveshaft (TW) of a drive engine (VM) and, on the output side, with a common output shaft (GA). To enable powershifts without frictional slipping, the two input shafts (GE, GE), on the input side, can be connected to and disconnected from a respective intermediate shaft (ZW, ZW) by the respective main separator clutch (CL, CL; CL&#x2032;, CL&#x2032;; CL*, CL*). The first intermediate shaft (ZW) is directly connected to the driveshaft (TW) and the second intermediate shaft (ZW) is in driving connection with the first intermediate shaft (ZW) by way of a variator (V) which has a continuously adjustable transmission ratio (i) and a rest transmission ratio having the value one i=1).

Powershift transmission for a motor vehicle and method for controlling a powershift transmission

A range-change transmission having a main transmission, an upstream splitter group and a downstream range group. The main transmission comprises planetary gearsets (PS, PS). A ring gear of gearset (PS) is rotationally fixed to an input shaft of the main transmission. A planetary carrier of gearset (PS) is fixed, via an intermediate shaft, to the sun gear of gearset (PS). By way of one dual shifting element, the sun gear of gearset (PS) can be selectively locked to the housing or rotationally fixed to the intermediate shaft. By way of two single shifting elements, the planetary carrier of gearset (PS) can be locked to the housing or rotationally fixed to the output shaft of the main transmission. By way of another dual shifting element, the ring gear of gearset (PS) can be locked to the housing or rotationally fixed to the output shaft of the main transmission.

Range transmission of a motor vehicle

A device for a drive-train of a hybrid vehicle having a planetary gear system that comprises three elements, namely, a ring gear, sun gear and carrier. A first element of these elements of the planetary gear system has a fixed connection with a transmission input shaft of a transmission. A second element of the elements of the planetary gear system has a fixed connection with an electric machine of a hybrid drive. A clutch which can couple two of the three elements of the planetary gear system with one another. Additionally, a shifting element is provided by which a third element, of these three elements of the planetary gear system, can be coupled, in a first shift position, to an internal combustion engine of the hybrid drive and, in a second shift position, to one of a housing or a stator.

A device for a drive-train of a hybrid vehicle comprising a planetary gearset having three elements which comprise a carrier, a sun gear and a ring gear. A first elements serves as a fixed connection of a first input shaft of a first partial transmission of a transmission. A second of the elements serves as a fixed connection of a hybrid drive electric machine. A first shifting element connects, in a first position thereof, a third of the elements to a second input shaft of a second partial transmission, to which a hybrid drive combustion engine can be coupled. The first shifting element, when in a second position, connects the third of the elements to the housing or the stator. A second shifting element, when engaged, couples the two input shafts of the two partial transmissions with one another and, when disengaged, separates the two input shafts from one another.

Device for a drivetrain of a hybrid vehicle, drivetrain, and method for operating same

A hybrid drive train of a motor vehicle which comprises a combustion engine, an electric machine which is operable as a motor and a generator and comprises a stator and a rotor, and a multi-stage planetary transmission with input and output shafts. The driveshaft of the combustion engine can be connected to the input shaft of the transmission, the electric machine is coaxially arranged about the input shaft, and the rotor of the electric machine is rigidly connected with the input shaft. To achieve a starting acceleration and climbing capacity on starting, corresponding to those provided by a drive train with an automatic transmission and a hydrodynamic torque converter or a manual gearshift transmission with a converter shifting clutch, the rotor of the electric machine can be connected with the transmission input shaft via an input transmission stage which is formed as a simple planetary gearset and has a high gear ratio.

Hybrid drive train of a motor vehicle

A method of operating a drive train having a hybrid drive that comprises an internal combustion engine and an electric machine, a clutch connected between the combustion engine and electric machine, a transmission connected between the electric machine and an output drive, and a start-up element connected between the electric machine and the output drive. The method for starting-up the drive train, when the clutch connected between the combustion engine and the electric machine and the start-up element are both disengaged, and the electric machine is stopped and short-circuited. The method comprising the steps of accelerating the internal combustion engine to a rotational speed which depends on a short circuit torque of the electric machine that must be overcome; engaging the clutch connected between the combustion engine and electric machine; and bringing the combustion engine to a start-up speed depending on the driver's request; and engaging the start-up element.

Method for operating a drive train

A transmission device with at least two multi-gear transmission groups. Torque is introduced via a input shaft into the transmission groups and into the other transmission group via a main shaft. The input shaft is directly connected with the main shaft via a shifting element during a gearshift to achieve an intermediate gear. When the intermediate gear is engaged, torque passes to the shafts connected to each other via the shifting element. A method for operating transmission, during the gearshift, includes introducing torque from the electric machine to the shafts connected via the shifting element and adjusting the rotational speed of the input shaft to the rotational speed of the target gear. A further shifting element is engaged in the first transmission group, the shifting element is disengaged, and torque of the electric machine is reduced, once the rotational speeds of the input shaft and the target gear match one another.

Transmission device and method for operating a transmission device

A multi-speed planetary coupling transmission () which includes a plurality of planetary gear sets () and a plurality of shifting elements (A, B, D, E). Depending on actuation of the shifting elements (A, B, D, E), various gear ratios can be achieved by the transmission. At least one provided electric machine (EM) is functionally connected with one of the planetary gear sets (). From the electric machine (EM), a torque can be introduced, via a shaft (B) of the planetary gear set () associated with the electric machine (EM), in order to support torque acting on the associated planetary gear set () and achieve a gear ratio in the transmission () via the electric machine (EM).
