A display device and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The display device includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a second electrode on the substrate and spaced apart from the first electrode, a plurality of light emitting elements, at least a portion of each of which is between the first electrode and the second electrode, and contact electrodes on the first electrode, the second electrode and the light emitting elements, the contact electrodes including a conductive polymer, wherein the contact electrodes include a first contact electrode which contacts an end portion of a first portion of the light emitting elements and the first electrode and a second contact electrode which contacts an end portion of a second portion of the light emitting elements, and the second electrode and is spaced apart from the first contact electrode.

A display device includes: a substrate; a first bank on the substrate, at least portions of the first bank being spaced apart from each other; a plurality of first electrodes on the substrate, at least portions of the first electrodes being on portions of the first bank; a second electrode on the substrate, the second electrode being spaced apart from and between adjacent ones of the first electrodes; and a plurality of light emitting elements on the first electrodes and the second electrode.

A display device includes: a substrate; first banks spaced apart from each other on the substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode covering the first banks and spaced apart from each other; a light-emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first contact electrode connected to the first electrode and contacting one end of the light-emitting element; and a second contact electrode connected to the second electrode and contacting another end of the light-emitting element. The first contact electrode includes a first material, the second contact electrode includes a second material, and physical properties of the first material and the second material are different from each other.

Display device

An exposure device may include an exposure head that may radiate an exposure beam onto a substrate on a stage, a support that may be provided on the stage to support the exposure head, a chamber that may accommodate the stage, the exposure head, and the support. The exposure device may include first protrusions that may be disposed on an outer circumference of the support adjacent to an inner wall of the chamber, and second protrusions that may be disposed on the inner wall of the chamber surrounding the outer circumference of the support. The first and second protrusions may overlap each other in a plan view.

Exposure device

A light exposer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an exposure beam generator generating an exposure beam, and a vacuum chamber passing the exposure beam generated by the exposure beam generator and including a first fly eye lens having a plurality of convex lens like fly eyes. The exposure beam generator includes an oscillator including an oscillator pumping chamber, a first prism and a second prism, and a first exposure beam diameter changing lens positioned before the first prism and enlarging a diameter of the exposure beam.
