A filter module for the separation of overspray from overspray-laden cabin air of coating plants, in particular of painting plants, having a filter housing which delimits a filter chamber through which overspray-laden cabin air can be conducted in a main flow direction. A plurality of separation elements composed of a separation material which is permeable to the cabin air is arranged in the filter chamber such that a flow labyrinth is formed between the separation elements. A separation device and a plant for coating articles having such a filter module is also provided.

An installation for the optical inspection of surface regions of objects, such as painted vehicle bodies, includes a test light device, by which objects located in a test region can be irradiated with a test light and by which a test pattern can be generated on the surface region. A lighting system includes a plurality of lighting units, by which test light can be emitted. The light intensity of the test light or both the color of light and the light intensity of the test light can be optionally adjusted by the lighting units.

Installation for the optical inspection of surface regions of objects

In various examples, an installation is provided for optically examining surface regions of objects, in particular of painted vehicle bodies, having a test light apparatus for irradiating an object, which is situated in a test region of the installation, with test light and/or for producing a test pattern on the surface region, wherein the test light apparatus has a light-emitting system having a plurality of light-emitting units for emitting test light into the test region, wherein the light-emitting units have a transparent cover with respect to the test region. An operator apparatus is arranged, as viewed from the test region, behind the transparent cover and is set up such that the operator apparatus can be operated by touching at least one section of the cover or/and by approaching such a section. A light-emitting system for such an installation and to a test light module for assembling such an installation are provided.

Installation for optically examining surface regions of objects

A method for extracting process air loaded with overspray from a coating plant, which includes leading overspray picked up by an air stream as process air along a flow path to a conditioning device. The process air is led on the flow path through at least one replaceable flow module having an inlet opening and an outlet opening, on the inner surfaces of which overspray can be deposited and, after a limiting loading with overspray has been reached, can be replaced by an unloaded flow module. An apparatus for extracting process air loaded with overspray having at least one replaceable flow module having an inlet and an outlet opening arranged in the flow path of the process air. On the inner surfaces of the flow module, overspray can be deposited. The flow module can be replaced with an unloaded flow module after a limiting loading with overspray is reached.
