The valve operator assembly is provided for a valve and includes a housing, an input member rotatably mounted, and a transmission mechanism including a translating element and a rotating element connected to the input member, said transmission mechanism being adapted to convert applied rotation of the input member into axial translation of said translating element. The assembly further includes at least one locking mechanism radially interposed between the transmission mechanism and the housing, and provided with friction means in radial contact with the housing, and with at least one pre-stressing element acting on said friction means to maintain said radial contact. The pre-stressing element and the friction means cooperate together to lock the transmission mechanism with the housing in a static position of said assembly.

The valve operator assembly is provided includes a housing, an input member rotatably mounted, and a transmission mechanism including a translating element and a rotating element connected to the input member, said transmission mechanism being adapted to convert applied rotation of the input member into axial translation of said translating element. The assembly further includes a locking mechanism provided with a casing mounted on the transmission mechanism and/or the housing, with a freewheel including a plurality of locking members mounted in radial contact with the transmission mechanism and with the casing, and with friction means axially disposed between the casing and the housing and mounted in axial contact with said housing. The friction means, the freewheel and the casing cooperate together to lock the transmission mechanism with the housing in a static position of said assembly.

A valve operator assembly is adapted for use with a valve. The assembly comprises a housing, an input member rotatably mounted with respect to the housing and comprising a rotational drive input, and a transmission mechanism connected to the input member and comprising a stem, the transmission mechanism being adapted to convert applied rotation of the rotational drive input into axial translation of the stem. The assembly further comprises at least one elastic actuator axially located between the input member and the stem to obtain a compression of the actuator during an axial translation of the stem towards the input member and a release of the actuator during an axial translation in the opposite direction.

The reinforcing cupcomprises an axial portionresting against the skirt of the bearing seat and a radial portionradially extending the axial portion inwards.
