A receptacle connector includes an insulating body, an isolation plate molded in the insulating body, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals and an insulating housing. The plurality of the first terminals are molded in the insulating body. The insulating body has a plurality of limiting protrusions protruding downward from a lower surface of the insulating body. The plurality of the second terminals are mounted to the lower surface of the insulating body. The plurality of the second terminals are disposed corresponding to intervals of the plurality of the limiting protrusions. The insulating housing is molded outside the insulating body, the plurality of the first terminals, the plurality of the second terminals and the isolation plate.

Receptacle connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a conductive terminal assembly, a connection terminal assembly and an outer shell. A middle portion of a front surface of the insulating body is recessed rearward to form an insertion slot. A middle portion of a rear surface of the insulating body is recessed forward to form a receiving groove. The conductive terminal assembly is assembled to the insulating body. The conductive terminal assembly includes a plurality of conductive terminals, and a first base body fastened to the plurality of the conductive terminals. The connection terminal assembly is assembled to the insulating body. The connection terminal assembly includes a plurality of connection terminals, and a second base body fastened to the plurality of the connection terminals. The outer shell surrounds the insulating body.

Electrical connector terminal assembly with terminals having a very specific profile

An electric vehicle charging connector assembly comprises a plug connector and a receptacle connector docking with the plug connector. The plug connector includes a first insulating body, a first circuit board, a plurality of contact terminals, a first electrode unit and a first jumper unit. The receptacle connector includes a second insulating body, a second circuit board, a plurality of docking terminals, a second electrode unit and a second jumper unit. The plurality of the contact terminal of the plug connector and the plurality of the docking terminal of the receptacle connector are respectively assembled with the first circuit board and the second circuit board in an elastically embedded manner so as to simplify manufacture procedures, capable of reducing working time and manufacturing cost as well as suitable for quantity production.

Electric vehicle charging connector assembly

An electric vehicle charging connector device comprises a plug connector and a receptacle connector docking with the plug connector. The plug connector includes a first insulating body, a first circuit board, a plurality of contact terminals, a first electrode unit and a first jumper unit. The receptacle connector includes a second insulating body, a second circuit board, a plurality of docking terminals, a second electrode unit, a second jumper unit and a waterproof ring. The first jumper unit of the plug connector and the second jumper unit of the receptacle connector are respectively secured on the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit by a riveting way which allows a firm electrode connection and low probability of looseness between the plug connector and the receptacle connector so as to ensure a stability and accuracy of electricity transmission and a battery charge integrity.
