A heat dissipation structure includes a housing. The housing has a bottom surface, a liquid inlet channel, a liquid outlet channel and a protruding portion. The liquid inlet channel and the liquid outlet channel are located at two opposite ends of the housing and above the bottom surface. The liquid inlet channel and the liquid outlet channel extend along a first direction. The protruding portion is located between the liquid inlet channel and the liquid outlet channel and above the bottom surface. The protruding portion protrudes towards a direction away from the bottom surface. The protruding portion has a protruding surface facing away from the bottom surface. A distance between the protruding surface and the bottom surface is increased first and then decreased along the first direction.

Heat dissipation structure and neutron beam generating device using the same

A neutron beam generating device includes a supporting base, an outer shell, a target material, and a first pipe. The outer shell surrounds a rotating axis, rotatable engages the supporting base, and has a first opening. The target material is disposed in the outer shell. The first pipe extends from the first opening of the outer shell along the rotating axis to the target material. The first pipe is configured to transmit an ion beam to bombard the target material to generate a neutron beam.

A filter is provided. The filter includes a mixed layer. The mixed layer includes aluminum, magnesium fluoride, and lithium fluoride. The mixed layer is composed of 1 part by volume of magnesium fluoride, 0.25 to 1 parts by volume of aluminum, and 0.003 to 0.02 parts by volume of lithium fluoride.

A neutron beam source generator is provided, which includes an accelerator connecting to a beryllium target through a channel, a filter and a collimator. The beryllium target is disposed at an end of the channel and adjacent to the filter. The filter is disposed between the beryllium target and the collimator. The channel and the beryllium target have an angle &#x3b1; therebetween, and the angle &#x3b1; is between 0&#xb0; and 90&#xb0;. The channel and the direction normal to the surface of the filter have an angle &#x3b2; therebetween, and the angle &#x3b2; is between 0&#xb0; and 90&#xb0;. The cross-section of the channel is not circular.

A transparent speaker is suitable for being disposed on a display panel. The transparent speaker includes a transparent membrane, a transparent electrode plate, and spacers. Each transparent electrode plate has a plurality of openings. The display panel includes a plurality of pixels. The pixels emit optical signals. A Moire spatial period of the optical signals is less than 600 &#x3bc;m after the optical signals pass through the transparent speaker. When the transparent speaker is disposed on the display panel, a user is able to watch an image on the display panel through the transparent speaker without being interfered by a Moire.

Disclosed is a trace detection device of a biological and chemical analyte, including a metal substrate, a periodic metal nanostructure on the metallic substrate, a dielectric layer on the periodic metal nanostructure, and a continuous metal film on the dielectric layer. Tuning the thickness of the dielectric layer and/or the continuous metal film to meet the laser wavelength can shift the absorption peak wavelength of the sensor, thereby further enhancing the Raman signals of the analyte molecules.

Trace detection device of biological and chemical analytes and detection method applying the same

A lens unit and a projection screen made of the same are disclosed. The lens unit includes a micro lens having a light incident surface and a light emergent surface opposing to the light incident surface; a light absorbing layer formed on the light emergent surface of the micro lens and having a cavity formed therein; a scattering layer formed in the cavity of the light absorbing layer and including a transparent resin blended with scattering particles; and a reflective layer formed on the light absorbing layer and the scattering layer. The projection screen includes a plurality of the lens units, thereby achieving high contrast and high energy utilization efficiency of incident light with a large viewing angle.

Phase change memory devices and methods for manufacturing the same are provided. An exemplary embodiment of a phase change memory device includes a first electrode disposed in a first dielectric layer. A second dielectric layer is disposed over the first dielectric layer and the first electrode. A phase change material layer disposed in the second dielectric layer to electrically contact the first electrode. A third dielectric layer is disposed over the second dielectric layer. A second electrode is disposed in the third dielectric layer to electrically connect the phase change material layer and at least one gap disposed in the first dielectric layer or the second dielectric layer to thereby isolate portions of the phase change material layer and portions of the first or second dielectric layer adjacent thereto.

Phase change memory devices and methods for manufacturing the same

A thin, high-fidelity piezoelectric loudspeaker is disclosed which comprises: (a) first and second metal discs that are spaced apart; (b) at least one damping disc sandwiched between the first and second metal discs; (c) first piezoelectric disc affixed to the first metal disc on the opposite side of the damping disc; and (d) second piezoelectric disc affixed to the second metal disc on the opposite of the damping disc. The metal discs and the piezoelectric discs are electrically connected, respectively, via varnished wires. These improved piezoelectric loudspeakers can be most advantageously used in portable electronic devices such as notebook personal computers, electronic dictionaries, personal digital assistants, electronic Rolodexes.RTM., etc, where space, especially thickness, is often at a premium and high-fidelity, miniature-sized speakers are highly desired.
