An optical lens assembly is produced by an injection-compression molding process. The optical lens assembly includes a lens body and an injection-molded structure. The lens body includes a first lens surface and a second lens surface opposed to the first lens surface. The lens body is divided into an optically effective zone and an optically ineffective zone. The injection-molded structure has at least one gate land in response to the injection-compression molding process. At least a portion of the optically ineffective zone of the lens body is covered by the injection-molded structure, and the injection-molded structure is assembled with and positioned by an external structure. Each of the first lens surface and the second lens surface is one of a multi-aperture lens surface, a lenticular lens surface, an aspheric lens surface, a flat lens surface and a freeform lens surface.

Optical lens assembly

A structured light module is combinable with a frame. The structured light module includes a housing, a light-emitting unit, at least one corresponding optical element, a circuit board, at least one fastening element, and at least one symbol. Due to the at least one symbol, the positioning accuracy of the structured light module in the assembling process is enhanced. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the circuit board and accommodated within the housing. The at least one fastening element is connected with one of the housing and the circuit board. When the at least one fastening element is combined with a frame, the structured light module is positioned on the frame.

Structured light module with fastening element

A structured light generation device includes a laser light source module and a diffractive optical element. After a non-collimated light beam from the laser light source module is received by a diffraction layer of the diffractive optical element, the non-collimated light beam is modulated as an optical information-bearing light. Since no collimator is between the laser light source module and the diffractive optical element, the spacing distance between the laser light source module and the diffractive optical element is shortened. Consequently, the overall structured light generation device is slim.

Structured light generation device and diffractive optical element thereof

An optical apparatus includes a photosensitive element, a lens and a microstructure unit. The microstructure unit is arranged between the photosensitive element and the lens. After plural light beams passing through the lens are received by the microstructure unit, travelling directions of the plural light beams are changed. Consequently, at least a portion of the plural light beams is guided to the photosensitive element. In such way, the light collecting efficacy of the photosensitive element is enhanced.

Optical apparatus

A structured light module is combinable with a frame. The structured light module includes a housing, a light-emitting unit, at least one corresponding optical element, a circuit board, and at least one fastening element. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the circuit board and accommodated within the housing. The at least one fastening element is connected with one of the housing and the circuit board. When the at least one fastening element is combined with a frame, the structured light module is positioned on the frame.

An optical device includes a door, a door control unit, a polarized light generation unit and a spectrum response analysis unit. The polarized light generation unit and the spectrum response analysis unit are located at a first side of the door. When the door is opened by the door control unit, a polarized light from the polarized light generation unit is transmitted through the door and externally projected on an under-test object at a second side of the door, so that a scattered light is generated. After the scattered light is returned back and transmitted through the door, the scattered light is projected on the spectrum response analysis unit, so that the spectrum response analysis unit performs a spectrum response analysis. The optical device has enhanced signal-to-noise ratio. Moreover, the optical device is capable of acquiring more explicit and diverse inherent information of the under-test object.

Optical device

A lighting apparatus includes an optical member with a diffractive optical element. The optical member is directly fixed on a substrate with plural lighting chips. When the lighting apparatus is applied to a laser diode module, the height and volume of the overall laser diode module are reduced. Consequently, the laser diode module is suitably applied to a small-size device.

Lighting apparatus and laser diode module

An optical lens assembly is produced by an injection molding process. The optical lens assembly includes a lens body and an injection-molded structure. The lens body includes a first lens surface and a second lens surface opposed to the first lens surface. The lens body is divided into an optically effective zone and an optically ineffective zone. The injection-molded structure has at least one gate land in response to the injection molding process. At least a portion of the optically ineffective zone of the lens body is covered by the injection-molded structure, and the injection-molded structure is assembled with and positioned by an external structure. Each of the first lens surface and the second lens surface is one of a multi-aperture lens surface, a lenticular lens surface, an aspheric lens surface and a flat lens surface.

An optical apparatus includes plural optical lens groups with a specified field of view and an optical sensor accommodated and fixed within a casing. After a light beam passes through any of the plural optical lens groups, its travelling direction is changed, and it is sensed by the optical sensor and converted into an image signal by the optical sensor. The optical apparatus has a single optical lens module of minimized volume and is able to implement different optical functions simultaneously. Consequently, the fabricating cost of the optical apparatus is reduced, the assembling process is simplified, and the number of components to be assembled is reduced.

A flashlight device includes a light source and a flash lens. A microstructure film with a microstructure pattern is disposed on the flash lens. After plural light beams from the light source pass through the flash lens and the microstructure film, a flash of light is provided to an environment. The plural light beams are shaped by the at least one microstructure film while the plural light beams pass through the microstructure film, and/or a spectrum distribution of the plural light beams is modulated after the plural light beams pass through the microstructure film.

Flashlight device

An optical apparatus includes a structured light generation unit, a conversion lens module, a collimating lens and a casing. The structured light generation unit outputs a structured light. The light beams from the structured light generation unit are expanded by the conversion lens module. The expanded light beams are collimated by the collimating lens. After the light beams pass through the conversion lens module and the collimating lens, the light beams are projected to a projection surface. Consequently, a structured light pattern is formed on the projection surface. All conversion lenses of the conversion lens module have negative optical power. Consequently, the area of the structured light pattern on the projection surface is wider. Moreover, the structured light generation unit and the conversion lens module can be accommodated within the casing having a smaller thickness.

An optical apparatus includes a photosensitive diode unit, a lens and a microstructure unit. The microstructure unit is arranged between the photosensitive diode unit and the lens. After plural light beams passing through the lens are received by the microstructure unit, travelling directions of the plural light beams are changed. Consequently, at least a portion of the plural light beams is guided to the photosensitive diode unit. In such way, the light collecting efficacy of the photosensitive diode unit is enhanced.

An optical lens includes a substrate, at least one derivative structure and a diffractive optical structure. The substrate has an optically operable region and a derivatively operable region. The derivatively operable region is arranged around the optically operable region. The derivative structure is disposed on the derivatively operable region to increase structural strength of the optical lens and to reduce the stray light as being assembled in a module. The diffractive optical structure is disposed on the optically operable region, and includes a microstructure pattern for generating a structured light and/or correcting the optical defects. Consequently, the optical lens is suitable for miniaturization and assembling applications to a module.

Optical lens

An optical apparatus includes a camera casing, a first optical module and a second optical module. The first optical module and the second optical module are installed on the camera casing. The first optical module receives an ambient light to capture a first image. The second optical module receives the ambient light to capture a second image, or the second optical module senses the ambient light. At least one of the first optical module and the second optical module has a non-linear optical axis in order to replace the front camera module and the rear camera module of the conventional panoramic camera. The optical apparatus is additionally installed on a periphery region of a portable electronic device or an extension position extended from the periphery region. Consequently, the optical apparatus provides a sufficient space to accommodate the first optical module and the second optical module.
