A retractable suspension system for use with an amphibious vehicle is provided and includes three rotation points disposed on the vehicle body of the vehicle, three integration points disposed on an integration element of a tire, an actuating device and a damping component, so as to render the retractable suspension system structurally simple and multifunctional.

Retractable suspension system

A rotary positioning apparatus includes a fixing base, a rotation mechanism, two driving modules and a carrier. The rotation mechanism is disposed on the fixing base, the first driving module is disposed on the fixing base and coupled to the rotation mechanism to drive the rotation mechanism rotating around a first rotation axis relatively to the fixing base. The carrier has plural accommodating slots on a circular-arc surface thereof and is pivoted to the rotation mechanism through a second rotation axis passing through the curvature center of the circular-arc surface and perpendicular to the first rotation axis, on which the curvature center is located. The second driving module is disposed on the rotation mechanism and coupled to the carrier to drive the carrier rotating around the second rotation axis relatively to the rotation mechanism. An automatic pick-and-place system and an operation method using the rotary positioning apparatus are also provided.

A two-stage differential cycloidal speed reducer with a high reduction ratio is provided, including: a plurality of supporting crank shafts; an input shaft including a first crank shaft portion and a second crank shaft portion; a first cycloidal gear provided on the first crank shaft portion; a second cycloidal gear provided on the second crank shaft portion and connected with the first cycloidal gear through the supporting crank shafts; a plurality of first ring pins provided around the outer circumference of the first cycloidal gear and in sliding contact with a plurality of teeth on the periphery of the first cycloidal gear; a first annular gear with the plurality of first ring pins; a plurality of second ring pins provided around the outer circumference of the second cycloidal gear and being in sliding contact with a plurality of teeth on the periphery of the second cycloidal gear; and a second annular gear with the plurality of second ring pins.

A workpiece holder is provided inside a clean container such that when covering a housing of the clean container on a base of the clean container, the vertical slide of the workpiece holder is stopped at the base, and a locating member is continuously lowered with the housing, thereby causing the vertical slide to slide upwardly along the locating member and to turn a link, and then causing a holder member to be driven by the link to force a thrust face against workpieces, and therefore the workpieces are pushed into position in a cassette on the base. Because the vertical slide does not displace relative to the base when covering the housing on the base, neither friction nor particles are produced, and workpieces are well protected against contamination.

Workpiece holder for clean container

A wafer container having a latching mechanism utilized to lock the door of the wafer container in an airtight status. The latching mechanism comprises a cam rotated to move a link and a locking plate pivoted to one end of the link, and a guide block adapted to guide the locking plate sliding into an insertion hole in the container body of the wafer container by using a straight guide means and a curved guide means of the guide block and then to turn the locking plate about pivot rods at the link, causing the locking plate to withstand against part of the container body and to hold down the door toward the inside of the container body and to lock the door in an airtight status.

Latching mechanism for locking/unlocking the door of a wafer container

Disclosed is a wafer retaining mechanism comprising a box, and more than one link unit affixed to appropriate locations of the box, the link units being operative in coordination with a wafer cassette and a chassis for retaining securely the wafers received within the cassette. The links each comprises a sliding link, a lower link, a front link, an upper link, and associated pins.

A tool pivoting mechanism of a tool magazine for a machining center uses a pressure cylinder as an actuating means to drive a cam mechanism. The cam mechanism composes of a cam set means which moves a roller on a tool pivoting block up or down along a guiding raft, thus drives a tool pot and a cutting tool to rotate. Through the curvature change of the cam curve, the pivoting mechanism controls the displacement, velocity and acceleration of tool pivoting block, thus prevents the impact force of tool pivoting and avoids the falling off of cutting tool.
