Electric drive for a vehicle

An actuator device () for generating a longitudinal positioning movement to engage a shift element includes an actuator housing () and an electric motor (). The electric motor () has a stator () and a rotor (), the stator () being stationarily fixed at the housing (), and the rotor () being rotatable relative to the stator () and rotationally fixed to a rotor carrier () supported relative to the housing () via a fixed bearing (). The actuator device () further includes a threaded drive () having a nut () and a threaded spindle (), with the nut () being rotationally driveable and axially fixed, and the threaded spindle () being axially displaceable along the threaded nut () and secured against rotation. The threaded nut () is rotationally fixed to the rotor carrier () and is at least partially radially within the fixed bearing ().

Actuator device for generating a longitudinal positioning movement

An electro-mechanical actuator for generating an axial actuation force is provided. The electro-mechanical actuator includes an electric machine having a stator () and a rotor (). The electro-mechanical actuator also includes a spindle drive with a rotary element () and with an element that is movable in a translatory manner. A rotation of the rotary element () may result in a translatory motion of the element that is movable in a translatory manner. The rotor () and the rotary element () of the spindle drive are coupled to each other in a circumferential direction (U) such that a rotation of the rotor () results in a rotation of the rotary element () of the spindle drive (). A rotational play () is formed between the rotor () and the rotary element () of the spindle drive in the circumferential direction (U).

Electromechanical actuator for generating an axial actuating force

A device () for selective displacement of a shift element () towards a first shift position and/or a second shift position includes an actuator () and a spring module (). The spring module () includes an actuator-side force-introduction element, a shift element-side force-introduction element, and a spring arrangement. The spring arrangement includes a first spring end and a second spring end. The actuator-side force-introduction element and the shift element-side force-introduction element each include a first support section and a second support section for supporting the spring ends. The first spring end is associated with the first support section of the shift element-side force-introduction element and with the second support section of the actuator-side force-introduction element. The second spring end is associated with the first support section of the actuator-side force-introduction element and with the second support section of the shift element-side force-introduction element.

Device for moving a shifting element, and transmission

A transmission () for a motor vehicle includes at least one input shaft () which can be connected to an internal combustion engine (VM) in a rotationally fixed manner and with at least one input shaft power transmission element, a first shaft () including at least one power transmission element, a second shaft () including at least one other power transmission element, and a transmission output shaft () which is engaged with the first shaft () and the second shaft (). The transmission () includes at least one gear plane (RE), in which the at least one input shaft power transmission element is engaged with the at least one power transmission element and with the at least one other power transmission element. The transmission () includes precisely two gear planes, and the power transmission element and the other power transmission element are each an idler gear.

An automatic transmission () of a vehicle having a central synchronization device () with at least one shift element () assigned to a transmission input shaft () and being a friction locking brake, an actuating device () driven by supplying energy, and at least one transmission region () disposed between the brake and a transmission output shaft (), an operative connection between the transmission input shaft and the transmission output shaft and different transmission ratios are producible over the at least one transmission region. The brake is transferable with the operative connection and the actuating device () into an operating state in which a transmission input shaft () interacting with the brake (), is held in a rotationally fixed manner by the brake (), wherein the brake () is held by the actuating () without any energy infeed.

Automatic transmission of a vehicle, comprising a central synchronizing device, and method for operating an automatic transmission

The invention proposes a dual-clutch transmission with two clutches (K, K), the input sides of which are connected with an input shaft (w_an) and the output sides of which are respectively connected with one of two coaxially disposed transmission input shafts (w_K, w_K). Further provided are at least two countershafts (w_v, w_v) on which idlers (i, i, i, i, iR) are rotatably mounted. The dual-clutch transmission comprises fixed gears (F, F, F), which are disposed on the two transmission input shafts (w_K, w_K) in a rotationally fixed manner and in engagement with the idlers, and output gears (iab, iab) respectively provided on the two countershafts (w_v, w_v), each of which is coupled to a gearing of an output shaft (w_ab), wherein the output shaft (w_ab) is not coaxially disposed to the input shaft (w_an). A plurality of shift elements (S, S, S) is provided as well, so that at least six power-shiftable forward gears () and at least one reverse gear (R, R) are shiftable. Only three double-acting shift elements (S, S, S) are provided according to the invention, wherein two idlers (i, i, i, i, iR) of the countershafts (w_v, w_v) are allocated to each double-acting shift element (S, S, S), wherein, in a first operating direction (S), one of the shift elements (S) connects an idler (i) with the associated countershaft (w_v) and, in a second operating direction (S), connects the two associated idlers (i, i) with one another, and wherein two shift elements (S, S) respectively connect the associated idlers (i, i; i, iR) with the associated countershafts (w_v, w_v) in a rotationally fixed manner.

Dual-clutch transmission

A planetary transmission includes a plurality of planetary gear sets. Each of the plurality of planetary gear sets has a plurality of planetary gear set shafts. At least one additional rotatably mounted shaft is connectable to at least one of the plurality of planetary gear set shafts by at least one shift element in order to realize at least one ratio. The at least one additional rotatably mounted shaft is also connectable into power flow between an input shaft and an output shaft by the at least one shift element. The at least one additional rotatably mounted shaft is operatively connected directly to a component fixed to a housing, by which operative connection actuation energy for the at least one shift element is transferable from the component fixed to the housing into the at least one additional rotatably mounted shaft.

Planetary gearing device having a plurality of planetary gear set shafts and at least one further rotatably supported shaft

A countershaft-type dual clutch transmission for a vehicle has two clutches having input sides connected to a driveshaft (AN) and output sides connected respectively to one of two transmission input shafts arranged coaxial to a mainshaft axis. A sub-transmission is associated in each instance with the transmission input shafts, at least two countershafts, a plurality of gear planes to which are assigned gear ratio steps, and at least one output shaft which can be connected to the sub-transmissions via an output gear plane. Only six gear planes with at least nine assigned gear ratio steps can be realized via only four double shift elements and at least one single shift element. Each countershaft can be coupled with four gear ratio steps via double shift elements, and one of the transmission input shafts can be coupled with a gear ratio step via a single shift element.

A split power transmission with a variable drive, a brake, a clutch, an integrating transmission containing a planetary set, the internal gear forming the output of the transmission, and an additional planetary set located between the drive shaft and the transmission. A portion of the transmission drive shaft power is transferable to the transmission which includes a secondary shaft located axially parallel to the variable drive. The power of the variable drive is directed towards the integrating transmission via the secondary shaft by using a defined transmission ratio. Torque division in the low cruising range and is achieved by locking the brake connecting the internal gear of the planetary set located between the drive shaft, and the transmission to the unit. Whereas in the high cruising range, by engaging the clutch the sun gear of the transmission is interlocked with the internal gear of the transmission.

Split power transmission to include a variable drive

A vehicle gearbox having an input shaft, an output shaft and a countershaft, which is arranged to parallel to the axis of shafts and can be drivingly connected by gear sets to shafts via separating clutches, wherein four gear sets and a reversing gear set having an idler and a fixed gear form a main gearbox group and two gear sets having an idler and a fixed gear form a downstream area gearbox. The separating clutches and the idlers of the main gearbox group are arranged on the input shaft while the idlers of the area gearbox group rest on the countershaft, wherein the gearbox diagram, the switchgear and the gearbox housing for a vehicle gearbox with six forward gears are the same as those for a vehicle gearbox with eight forward gears.
