Disclosed are examples of systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products for targeting components. A server system obtains a plurality of tags corresponding to a plurality of components available for presentation on a web page. The server system generates a hierarchical structure that indicates: relationships between the plurality of components. The server system provides data to a first client device, the data configured to be processed to cause display of a first user interface based on the hierarchical structure, the first user interface being operable to: select one of the one or more components for association with the prompt interface, and allow a second user interface to be displayed at a second client device, the second user interface including a presentation of the prompt interface including content associated with the prompt interface and with the selected component.

Targeting system for web page components

A user engagement platform may be maintained in association with an application or service. The user engagement platform may be configurable to provide user engagement content to users of the application or service. A request to perform an operation on first user engagement content may be received from an authorized administrator. The first user engagement content may be configurable by the authorized administrator to be automatically provided to users of the application or service in response to occurrence of a first event. The operation may be performed on the first user engagement content. It may be determined that the first event has occurred in association with a first user of the application or service. The first user engagement content may be caused to be displayed on a device of the first user.

Implementing a user engagement platform using a database system

A technique relates comparing content. A first set of content in a first document and a second set of content in a second document are normalized. The first set of content in the first document and the second set of content in the second document are tokenized. The first set of content having been tokenized and the second set of content having been tokenized are compared in order to find differences in the second set of content with respect to the first set of content. The differences are compiled in a changes map. The differences in the changes map are analyzed to determine types of the differences in the first set of content and the second set of content, and predefined differences are to be excluded. A report of the differences is generated, and the report delineates the types of the differences while excluding the predefined differences.

Detection of meaningful changes in content

A technique relates testing an application under test using (AUT) testing. The testing software creates a testcase by executing the AUT under normal usage, and normal usage is defined as operating the AUT for its intended purpose. The normal usage is not part of the testing. Creating the testcase includes capturing artifacts related to running the AUT under the normal usage, and the artifacts include an input artifact to the AUT and an output artifact resulting from executing the AUT. Also, the testcase is executed by re-executing the AUT using the input artifact previously captured in the artifacts of the testcase in order to obtain a new output artifact. The testing software verifies the new output artifact resulting from execution of the testcase by comparing the output artifact previously captured in the artifacts from executing the AUT under the normal usage to the new output artifact from executing the testcase.
