Apparatuses and methods concerning providing a data-communications virtual assistant are disclosed. As an example, one apparatus includes a data-communications server. The data-communications server is configured to process user-data-communications between a client station and another station participating in data-communications via the data-communications services where the client station is associated with one client entity. The server is also configured to identify a context for each respective user-data-communication between the client station and the participating station, where the context data corresponds to at least one communications-specific characteristic associated with the user-data-communications, and to retrieve structured and unstructured data relating to previous data-communications provided by the data-communications server. The server is also configured to provide the integrated contact center to particular end users based on the identified context, and including data generated from the retrieved structured and unstructured data.

Apparatuses and methods involving an integrated contact center

Apparatuses and methods concerning providing data-communications room recommendations are disclosed. As an example, one apparatus includes a data-communications server. The data-communications server is configured to provide user-data-communications sessions. The server is also configured to retrieve data-communications messages, which may arise from a plurality of disparate interconnected data-communications systems, and batch the data communications messages for a particular data-communications room together to create a room document. Responding to receipt of a request from a particular user, the server identifies a particular data-communications room for a particular inquiry.

Apparatuses and methods involving data-communications room predictions

In one example, a computer-based system determines a relationship between a first job and a second job at one or more companies, by using a title data store, a training module, and a prediction module, wherein the title data store accepts job-related information characterizing at least one job-related position that includes at least one of title, corporate entity, job description, and job-related interest data. The training module accepts input data from the title data store, calculates or generates a set of coefficients and a set of job-related vectors from the input data, and stores the coefficients into a database. The prediction module may accept: a first set of data including at least one of a first title, a first corporate designation data, a second set of data including at least one of a second title and a second corporate designation data, and the coefficients from the training module; and then a similarity between the first set of data and the second set of data may be calculated.

Systems and methods involving semantic determination of job titles

A system is described which accepts corporate title and employee data associated with that corporate title data at a first company, putting the corporate title and employee data through a configured network and generating a vector of terms and a set of coefficients associated with that title. Information about an employee is put through a second network using those terms and coefficients to determine if the employee would have the same or similar title at the first company.

The present disclosure relates to games and applications in general and in particular to computer-implemented online games, such as online role-playing games, playable by more than one person from more than one location. The game engine can search a player's social network to find friends to play with. A method of combining games based on levels of interactivity of the games is disclosed. It is identified that a player is idle with respect to a primary game, the primary game having a first level of interactivity. A secondary game having a second level of interactivity is selected based on the second level of interactivity being compatible with the first level of interactivity. The player is provided with an option to participate in the secondary game while the player is idle with respect to the primary game.

A method of combining games suited for synchronous play with games suited for asynchronous play is disclosed. It is identified that a first player and a second player are playing a primary game. The first player and a third player are provided with an option to play a secondary game simultaneously with the first game. The secondary game is adapted such that it is determined that the secondary game does not require the first player and the third player to be online simultaneously while they are playing the secondary game.

The OBM may calculate individual time-varying activity level graphs for the users, as well as an aggregate activity level graph. The OBM may identify an activity trough in the aggregate activity level graph, and an event in the geographical region corresponding to the activity level trough. Based on keywords corresponding to the event, the OBM may obtain product results from a product database. The OBM may identify a subset of the users whose individual time-varying activity level graphs include an activity level trough during the activity level trough in the aggregate activity level graph, and may provide an advertisement for a product from the product results for the identified subset of the users.

Apparatuses, methods and systems for an engagement-tracking game modifier

A method for testing a set of new game features for an online gaming application is provided. The method initiates with selecting a new game feature for testing from the set of new game features. Users are assigned to a test group or control group. Each of the test group users is provided a gaming application including the selected new game feature enabled. Each of the control group users is provided the gaming application without the selected new game feature enabled. Evaluation scores are generated based on gaming activity and social network activity. A score comparison report is generated comparing the evaluations scores of the test group and the control group. Based on the score comparison report, it is determined whether to continue testing one or more additional new game features from the set of new game features.
