An adjustable shock adapter for converting a non-adjustable shock into a shock with full spring and ride height adjustment. The adjustable shock adapter may include a tubular component adapted for engagement with a shaft of the non-adjustable shock. The tubular component may include a rim extending radially outward from an outer surface of the tubular component, located towards the bottom of the tubular component, and positioned against a fixed component of the shock absorber to prevent the tubular component from sliding past the component. The adjustable shock adapter may also include a collar mounted to the outer surface of the tube-shaped component and moveable upwards or downwards along the tubular component and locked into place. The collar may include a second rim positioned against a spring of the non-adjustable shock, acting as a stopper to limit how low the height of the UTV can be adjusted.

A two-piece limit strap clamp for use with a shock absorber and a limit strap retention device is provided. The pieces couple together around the upper end of a shock absorber. The clamp has a protrusion that extends outwardly and is adapted for attachment of the top end of a limit strap. The lower end of the limit strap may be attached to a mounting tab that is coupled to the lower mounting bracket of the shock absorber. Also disclosed is a limit strap with a tether coupled to a spring of the shock absorber to prevent the limit strap from bowing out when the shock absorber is compressed. A method of use of a limit strap with a tether is also disclosed.

A radius rod assembly is provided. The radius rod assembly has an upper radius rod with a laterally offset portion which accommodates an upwardly offset portion of a lower radius rod. The upwardly offset portion provides additional ground clearance for off road vehicles. An offset toggle plate interconnects end portions of the upper and lower radius rods. The radius rod assembly extends between a central bracket of a vehicle frame to an axle hub assembly and a rear shock assembly.

Described herein are techniques for concurrently visualizing real user's session data with a playback of a user's experience during a session. The disclosed techniques can correlate session data collected in response to interactions with an application during a user's session with session recreation data generated by the application and recorded during the user's session. The correlations between the session data and the recreation data can be used to render and control a recreation of the user's experience during the session concurrently with a visualization of the session data.

A method of rendering a service graph illustrating dependencies between a frontend and a backend of an application comprises generating a plurality of frontend traces from a plurality of frontend spans and generating a plurality of backend traces from a plurality of backend spans ingested from the application. The method also comprises aggregating frontend metrics data using the plurality of frontend traces and backend metrics data using the plurality of backend traces. The method further comprises determining connection information between one or more frontend traces of the plurality of frontend traces and corresponding backend traces of the plurality of backend traces. The method also comprises rendering the service graph using the connection information and the aggregated frontend and backend metrics data.

A wheel end assembly having upper and lower arms and a tie rod coupled to a wheel carrier at an outer tie rod joint. A pin member is disposed between upper and lower mounting extensions of the wheel carrier or extends from a single mounting extension. The pin member includes a first end, a second end and an expanded ball portion between the first and second end. The expanded ball portion is offset toward one of the first and second ends. The tie rod joint is defined by a pivotal coupling of the tie rod end to the pin member. An adjustable height pin for the tie rod allows adjust of height on the tie rod.

A method of aggregating metrics associated with a user interaction during a real user session comprises identifying a span comprising a tag associated with a workflow from ingested spans associated with the real user session, where the workflow comprises spans generated in response to the user interaction. The method also comprises identifying other spans associated with the workflow from the ingested spans. The method further comprises grouping the other spans associated with the workflow with the tagged span and aggregating metrics for the workflow over a duration of time.

Described are devices, systems, and methods that enable greater control and customization of variable suspension systems via mechanical modification, among other advantages. In one example, a linkage device is configured to be attached to a suspension arm of a vehicle and to a vehicle frame of the vehicle. The linkage device is configured to mechanically modify one or more physical states detected by a sensor of the vehicle, thereby causing the sensor to output modified signals to a controller, and causing the controller to output modified control signals to a variable shock absorber connected between the vehicle frame and the suspension arm, thereby modifying one or more variable physical properties of the variable shock absorber.

A clevis for a rack and pinion steering box is provided. The clevis includes a base and two arms extending from the base to form a U-shape with each arm having an aperture with aligned axes. A clevis pin extends through the base in a direction opposite of the two arms. The clevis includes two clocking protrusions extending from the base in a direction opposite the two arms with the clevis pin is located between the two clocking protrusions. The rack includes two flat portions and the two clocking protrusion are configured to automatically orient the clevis at a predetermined angle with respect to the rack when the clevis pin is coupled to the rack. In operation, a clevis is coupled on opposing sides of the rack and clevis pivot points are maintained at a width length defined between the clevis pivot points, such as less than 350 mm.

A control arm system is provided. The system includes an upper control arm, a lower control arm longer than the upper control arm, a spindle, and a bracket coupled to a frame. The upper control arm and the lower control arm are coupled between the bracket and the spindle. A pivot point of the upper control arm and the bracket is closer to the spindle than a pivot point of the lower control arm and the bracket. The control arm system is moveable between a compressed position and an extended position with a neutral position between the compressed position and the extended position. A tire coupled to the spindle is rotated into a negative camber orientation when the control arm system is in a compressed position or in an extended position. A track width is maintained in the compressed, neutral, and extended positions.

Disclosed is an automatic vehicle suspension tuning system. The system has a control module to receive user input, an ECU with a processor and a memory, one or more road condition sensors, and one or more controllable suspension system components. The ECU controls the adjustments of the controllable suspension system component in response to user input to the control module as well as input from the road condition sensors during operation of the vehicle. A method of tuning a controllable suspension system component is also disclosed.

A convertible link for use with an anti-sway bar is provided. The convertible link includes a hydraulic cylinder having a link tube and a fluid shaft. The fluid shaft includes a piston coupled to a first end of the fluid shaft, wherein the fluid shaft and the piston are slidably coupled within the link tube. Fluid flows in and out of the hydraulic cylinder to move the hydraulic cylinder between a fixed and a moveable condition. In the fixed position the fluid shaft does not move with respect to the link tube and the anti-sway bar is operational to control roll. In the moveable condition the fluid shaft is moveable with respect to the link tube and the anti-sway bar is not operational to control roll.

Embodiments of a hydraulic bump stop assembly may include a telescoping hydraulic cylinder containing hydraulic fluid. The telescoping cylinder may be located on a vehicle shock. Components of the shock may engage and compress the telescoping cylinder during the final stages of compression of the shock to prevent the shock from bottoming out. The telescoping cylinder has damping properties during compression and expansion due to hydraulic fluid being forced through orifices of one or more hydraulic fluid lines to and from a reservoir. Damping ratios may be adjusted by adjusting the size of the orifices. In some embodiments, the damping ratios may be adjusted remotely, such as from the driver compartment of the vehicle.

Provided is an on-demand shock stiffening system. The on-demand shock stiffening system operates to immediately stiffen the shocks in response to a user activating the system. The system may include a main body with an oil flow aperture and a flow control system that operates to restrict the flow of oil between the reservoir and the shock. The on-demand shock stiffening system may be coupled between the reservoir and the bridge of the shock and operates to restrict flow of the oil in order to stiffen the shock immediately in an on-demand manner.

A UTV portal axle system is disclosed, including a spindle with a housing for housing input and output drive gears coupled by one or more idler gears. The output drive gear is disposed lower than the input drive gear to provide additional ground clearance to the UTV. The king pin axis angle is substantially the same as that of a stock UTV, while maintaining a scrub radius of substantially one inch or less. This is accomplished by the lower control arm ball joint being located within a recess of the output drive gear. This allows the UTV to be properly controlled when driven at high speeds over rough or uneven terrain. The gears may be interchangeable to allow the gear ratio to be adjusted to be more suitable for use at various driving speeds. A method of changing the gear ratio is also disclosed.
