In some embodiments, data related to calculating a set of values may be obtained. The set of values may be approximated based on a subset of the related data. The approximated values may be stored at a first data storage and a second data storage that corresponds to a landing zone (via which a client device obtains at least some of the approximated values). The approximated values stored at the first data storage may be continuously updated based on further subsets of the related data such that the approximated values stored at the first data storage is updated at least a first number of times within a first time period. The approximated values stored at the second data storage may be continuously updated such that the approximated values stored at the second data storage is updated less than the first number of times within the first time period.

System and method for reducing data streaming and/or visualization network resource usage

In certain implementations, presentation of streaming data may be facilitated. In some implementations, a request for presentation of values associated with an attribute may be received. A set of queries for data related to the values may be performed based on the request. The set of queries may include (i) a first subset of queries performed based on the request and (ii) one or more other subsets of queries performed based on the request. Subsets of data for calculating a first value of the values may be received based on the first subset of queries. The first value may be predicted based on the subsets of data before one or more other subsets of data for calculating the first value are received, where the other subsets of data are received based on the other subsets of queries.

Presentation of streaming data

In certain embodiments, load reduction at a landing zone may be facilitated. In some embodiments, a request related to a client-initiated query may be predicted. A second landing zone may be assigned to handle responding to the query-related request, where the second landing zone is different from a first landing zone at which the query-related request is subsequently obtained. Responsive to obtaining the query-related request at the first landing zone from a client device, cause, based on the assignment to the second landing zone, the client device to redirect the query-related request to the second landing zone. The client device may be caused to redirect the query-related request such that the client device transmits the query-related request and subsequent requests for an update related to the client-initiated query to the second landing zone without first transmitting the subsequent requests to the first landing zone.

System and method for facilitating load reduction at a landing zone

Systems and methods of prioritizing retrieval and/or processing of data related to a subset of attributes based on a prediction of associated values are presented herein. In certain implementations, a request for values associated with respective first attributes may be received. Based on the request, first queries for data related to the first attributes may be performed. Based on the first queries, a first subset of data related to calculating at least some of the associated values may be received. At least some of the associated values may be predicted based on the first subset of data. Based on the prediction of the associated values, retrieval and/or processing of data related to a first subset of the first attributes may be prioritized over retrieval and/or processing of data related to one or more other subsets of the first attributes.

In certain implementations, a first data element set associated with a first attribute (including first data elements where each represents a value associated with the first attribute) may be provided on a user interface. A control element set, including control elements where each represent an attribute, may be provided on the user interface. A touch-based input indicating a touch-based association of a first one of the control elements with a first one of the first data elements may be received. Responsive to the touch-based association, a second data element set associated with a second attribute (represented by the first one of the control elements) may be provided on the user interface. Second data elements of the second data element set may each represent a second value associated with the second attribute and correspond to a first value represented by the first one of the first data elements.

Real-time data visualization of streaming data

In certain implementations, data visualization of streaming data may be facilitated. In some implementations, a request for visual representation of values associated with an attribute may be received. Queries for data relating to the values across a plurality of sources may be performed based on the request. The queries may include a first subset of queries and one or more other subsets of queries that are performed based on the request. Subsets of data that relate to a first value of the values may be received based on the first subset of queries. The first value may be predicted based on the subsets of data before one or more other subsets of data relating to the first value are received, where the one or more other subsets of data are received based on the one or more other subsets of queries.

In certain implementations, a first data element set associated with a first attribute may be provided on a user interface. Individual first data elements of the first data element set may each represent a first value associated with the first attribute. A control element set may be provided on the user interface. Individual control elements of the control element set may each represent an attribute. A first touch-based input indicating an association of a first one of the individual control elements with a first one of the individual first data elements may be received. Responsive to the indicated association, a second data element set associated with a second attribute that is represented by the first one of the individual control elements may be provided on the user interface. Individual second data elements of the second data element set may each represent a second value associated with the second attribute and correspond to the first value represented by the first one of the first individual data elements.

Systems and methods of prioritizing execution of plans for obtaining and/or processing data based on partial execution of the plans are presented herein. In certain implementations, one or more plans may be executed. Costs associated with individual ones of the plans may be estimated based on partial execution of respective ones of the plans. Based on a comparison between the estimated costs, the execution of at least one of plans may be prioritized over at least the execution of the other ones of the plans.

Prioritized execution of plans for obtaining and/or processing data

A system and method of making unstructured data available to structured data analysis tools. The system includes middleware software that can be used in combination with structured data tools to perform analysis on both structured and unstructured data. Data can be read from a wide variety of unstructured sources. The data may then be transformed with commercial data transformation products that may, for example, extract individual pieces of data and determine relationships between the extracted data. The transformed data and relationships may then be passed through an extraction/transform/load (ETL) layer and placed in a structured schema. The structured schema may then be made available to commercial or proprietary structured data analysis tools.
