An attachment assembly for use with furniture and other articles. The attachment assembly includes a connector assembly that is configured to engage with a rail. The connector assembly includes a first, fixed protrusion, a lever, a second protrusion extending from the lever, and a third protrusion positioned between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The rail includes a lip and a cutout in the lip that is sized to receive the third protrusion. The rail is configured to retain the connector assembly. Pivoting the lever when the connector assembly is positioned within the rail is configured to cause the second protrusion to bear against a bottom surface of the rail, such that the first protrusion and the second protrusion frictionally engage the bottom surface of the rail and the third protrusion frictionally engages the lip to fixedly hold the connector assembly.

Toolless attachment assembly

A power rail system including a rail assembly, which includes a sidewall, a first interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the first interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly, an opening in communication with the first interior compartment, the opening positioned along the sidewall, and a second interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the second interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly and configured to receive the connector member therein. The power rail system can further include an electrical outlet assembly positionable within the first interior compartment. Further, various accessories, such as privacy screens, can be supported by the rail assembly. Still further, multiple rail assemblies can be connected together to customize the size and/or configuration of the power rail system.

A self-centering and self-gripping corkscrew is provided. A centering and locking mechanism is integrated into the bottle receiving opening of the corkscrew such that in one downward motion a bottleneck is securely gripped and automatically centered under the cork removing device (e.g., a worm screw). The centering and gripping mechanism is spring biased downward and utilizes compression techniques configured into an outer mechanism (contained within the bottle receiving opening of corkscrew) and the body of the corkscrew to simultaneously grip and align the bottle with the axis of the cork removing device. The locking mechanism is part of the centering mechanism and allows the corkscrew to remain locked onto the bottleneck (after centering and gripping) during activation of the cork removing device and removal of the corresponding cork. An upward motion opposite the locking motion disengages the mechanism, removing the corkscrew from the bottle.
