A substance dispensing system including a first pressure vessel defining a first interior space; a first substance positioned in the first interior space; a first portion of a first propellant positioned in the first interior space; and a first portion of a second propellant positioned in the first interior space. At least 90 percent by weight of the first propellant is at least one of carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and combinations thereof. At least 90 percent by weight of the second propellant is at least one of nitrogen, argon, helium, oxygen, and combinations thereof.

Substance dispensing system and method of making

A system for applying a two-part adhesive to a substrate includes two separate trays for holding a 15 gallon capacity drum containing a two-part adhesive compound, where the trays are tiltable independent of each other, a prime mover for providing an output torque, a first pump connected to the prime mover for receiving the output torque, the first pump having an inlet and an outlet, a second pump connected to the prime mover for receiving the output torque, the second pump having an inlet and an outlet, a first compound in communication with the inlet of the first pump, a second compound in communication with the inlet of the second pump, a first accumulator in communication with the outlet of the first pump, a second accumulator in communication with the outlet of the second pump, a first manifold in communication with the outlet of the first pump, and a second manifold in communication with the outlet of the second pump. A plurality of applicators is included.

Multi-bead applicator

A two part adhesive packaging system is provided. The packaging system includes two containers for holding a two-part adhesive. The packaging system further includes a connector having two ports for communicating with the containers. A mixing nozzle is attachable to the containers. The mixing nozzle includes a membrane disposed therein. The membrane is configured to break upon application of a sufficient force thereon, such as by pumping or pushing the two-part adhesive from the containers.
