The present disclosure relates to a connecting element for electrical connecting two electrical modules arranged in a transmitter housing of a field device, into which transmitter housing the connecting element is insertable, the connecting element including: at least two essentially rod-shaped metal conductor elements, each with two opposing end sections, wherein the conductor elements are arranged in a defined separation relative to one another; and surrounding the conductor elements and electrically insulating them from one another, a multi-membered insulating body including two insulating body end segments of at least a first synthetic material and an insulating body intermediate segment of a second synthetic material different from the first synthetic material, wherein the first synthetic material has a modulus of elasticity greater than a modulus of elasticity of the second synthetic material.

Connecting element and transmitter housing with connecting element inserted therein

The present disclosure relates to a cover-securing mechanism for a transmitter housing closed by a screwed-on cover. The cover-securing mechanism includes a securement pin with a screw arranged at a first end region of the securement pin. A passageway, which is embodied to accommodate the securement pin, is integrated in the cover. A groove includes a circularly shaped section and is introduced into a cover facing region of the transmitter housing. The securement pin is securable at a transmitter housing far end of the cover in the passageway such that in a secured state a second end region of the securement pin protrudes inwardly into the groove and, as such, a twisting of the cover screwed onto the transmitter housing is constrained relative to the transmitter housing.

Cover-securing means for a transmitter housing

A pressure difference measurement transmitter comprising: a pressure difference sensor; a first process connection flange; and a second process connection flange. The pressure difference sensor is clamped between the first process connection flange and the second process connection flange, and between a first and a second seal. The pressure difference sensor is contactable by a first media pressure via the first process connection flange and by a second media pressure via the second process connection flange; and a housing, which contains an electronic evaluating circuit. The housing has an input opening, through which the evaluating circuit is connected to the pressure difference sensor; and wherein the housing has at least one appendage, which extends between the first and the second process connection flanges; wherein the appendage is clamped in parallel with the pressure difference sensor between the flanges, so that the housing is held by the clamped appendage.

Pressure difference measurement transmitter

A measuring device comprises a sensor module and an evaluation module mounted on the sensor module. The sensor module includes a first component having a first screw thread, and the evaluation module includes a second component having a second screw thread. The screw threads engage with one another by screwing; wherein the first or the second component has a slit, which essentially extends into the component in a plane perpendicular to the thread axis; and there are formed by the slit a first clamping limb and a second clamping limb of the component, which are separated from one another by the slit. On the component there is furthermore arranged an actuating element, which acts on the first clamping limb and the second clamping limb, and deflects the clamping limbs relative to one another, whereby the first screw thread and the second screw thread are clamped against one another and secured against rotation relative to one another.

A pressure pickup comprising: A pressure sensor; a pressure pickup housing, which, preferably, defines in its interior a sensor chamber, in which the sensor is arranged The pressure pickup housing further includes a housing end surface having a housing opening, through which the sensor can be exposed to pressure; and a process connection, which has in a process connection face a process connection opening, wherein the process connection is connectable with the pressure pickup housing in such a manner that the process connection opening aligns with the housing opening and such that the process connection face surrounds the housing end surface Between the pressure pickup housing and the process connection, a sealing ring is arranged, which is comprised of an elastomeric material, and which seals a gap between the process connection face and the housing end surface, wherein, preferably, the regions of the process connection face and the housing end surface bordering the gap are coplanar with one another.

Pressure pickup with exchangeable process connection

For limiting twist of a measurement transmitter housing relative to a sensor element, onto which the measurement transmitter housing is screwed, axial barriers are provided, so that the axial position of the measurement transmitter housing relative to the sensor element is limited to a range between two extreme positions defined by the axial barriers. The axial barriers are preferably formed by a ring, which engages both an annular groove in an outer, lateral surface of the sensor element and an annular groove in a cylindrical duct of the transmitter housing.
