A housing for a fan or blower, in particular an axial fan, includes a wall ring () having an inlet nozzle section (), an outer diffuser () having an inlet flow opening () and an outlet flow opening (), and a holder for an electric motor () of the fan. The holder is arranged in an inner space of the housing. The outer diffuser () is formed by at least two partial ring sections that are connected to the outer circumferential surface via mechanical connection elements. The holder includes several struts () that are fastened to an inner circumferential surface of the outer diffuser () by one end, are circumferentially spaced apart, and are fastened in the edge region of the inlet flow opening (). The struts can be installed by their other end to a motor flange () of the motor housing () of the electric motor ().

Housing for an axial fan

A diffuser () for a fan () of axial, radial or diagonal type of construction, has an inlet opening () and having an outlet opening () for a gaseous medium which flows through a diffuser interior (I), which is enclosed by an outer housing (), in an axially oriented main flow direction (S) from the inlet opening () to the outlet opening (). The cross section of the diffuser interior (I) increases from the cross section () of the inlet opening to the cross section () of the outlet opening (), wherein the outer housing () forms an outer diffuser part (AD) which delimits the diffuser interior (I) to the outside. Along the main flow direction (S), the cross section of the outer diffuser part (AD) changes from a circular cross section () at the inlet opening () to a non-circular cross section () at the outlet opening ().

A ventilation device, in particular for heating, cooling and/or humidifying air in residential buildings, includes a duct-shaped housing () with an air inlet opening () and an air outlet opening (), and a fan impeller () as well as a filter unit, heat exchange unit and/or heating coil unit () arranged in the main flow direction (Z) of an air flow generated by the fan impeller (). An air guiding device () is arranged in the flow direction (Z) of the air flow in front of a suction nozzle ()&#x2014;configured as a flow conditioner, includes a bar structure with air guiding bars-such that a flow inlet opening is configured on the suction side at an axial height in front of the flow inlet opening () by the bar structure whose opening surface is smaller than the opening surface of the flow inlet opening ().

Ventilation device, in particular for heating, cooling, and/or humidifying air in residential buildings

The present invention relates to a compact fan, comprising a fan wheel, in particular a radial fan wheel (), which is fastened on a rotor of an external rotor motor (). The fan wheel () is supported between a front plate () having an air inlet opening (), which is central, and a motor mount (). The front plate () and the motor mount () are connected to one another via multiple spacers (), which are disposed around the circumference. The front plate () and the motor mount () are formed as plastic or metal spray parts. The spacers () are formed as plastic or metal parts entirely or partially in one piece to the front plate () and/or the motor mount ().

Compact fan

A fan wheel () is designed as a radial or diagonal fan, comprising a top plate () with an inlet port (), a base plate () and a plurality of fan blades () distributed around the inlet port () and around an axis of rotation (Z). Blade ducts extend () respectively between the adjacent fan blades (). The blade ducts lead radially or diagonally outward from the area of the inlet port () and form blow-out ports in the outer region. The blade ducts () are designed, with respect to their effective flow cross-section, as large enough that during operation, a turbulent flow with a Reynolds number markedly greater than 2300 is achieved. The top plate () or the base plate () or both feature a rotationally asymmetrical geometry with a continuous profile, at least in angular sections encompassing the fan blades ().

Radial or diagonal fan wheel

A diagonal fan has a diagonal fan impeller () which is fastened to a rotor () of an external rotor motor () and which is arranged between a front plate (), which has an in particular central inflow opening (), and a motor bracket (). The motor bracket () is connected to the front plate () via a plurality of peripherally arranged spacers (). Here, the front plate () and the motor bracket () are formed as plastic or metal injection molded parts. The spacers () are formed, as plastic or metal injection parts, in one piece with the front plate () or with the motor bracket ().

Diagonal fan

The present invention relates to a fan wheel in a version as a radial or diagonal fan, of a baseplate and of a plurality of fan blades arranged so as to be distributed over the circumference of the inlet port and around an axis of rotation. The fan wheel has a shroud with an inlet port and the shroud and/or the baseplate have/has in this case a nonrotationally symmetrical geometry which in each case has a continuous and point-invariable profile, as seen in the axial or axially parallel direction.

The present invention relates to an arrangement for the vibration-isolating mounting of an electric motor (2) on a support part (6) via an essentially disk-shaped support element (12). The support element (12) has a motor-holding section (24) for connection to the electric motor (2) and a support-holding section (26) for connection to the support part (6), and the two holding sections (24, 26) are connected via elastic, web-like connecting pieces (28). The connecting pieces (28) are designed such that the two holding sections (24, 26) are elastically movable relative to each other three-dimensionally in all directions in space, specifically axially, radially and tangentially, over a certain movement play. The support element (12) has integrated stop means for the three-dimensional limiting of the elastic relative movements of the holding sections (24, 26) and/or an additional mass (110) to influence the vibration behavior.
