This invention relates to a suspension apparatus for control devices which can be assembled from a connection flange or connection rotary joint, support beam sections, elbow joints, or intermediate joints which can be connected with a wall or the body of a machine, and a coupling unit which can be connected to the control device. The support beam section comprises an essentially U-shaped base profile section and a cover profile section closing the same. The base profile section is divided, by means of a separating bar parallel to its crossbar, into a support part constructed as a closed hollow profile and an open U-shaped mounting part opposed to the bar. The connection bars, which proceed in a longitudinal direction in the support part and in the mounting part, are integrally formed with screw mountings. The intermediate joint comprises two joint parts which can be bolted directly to the front sides of the base profile section acting on one another, without impairing the positioning of the connection lines and the guiding of the same with the intermediate joint.

Suspension apparatus for control device

This invention relates to a suspension apparatus for control devices which can be assembled from a connection flange or connection rotary joint, support beam sections, angle units, or intermediate joints, which can be connected with a wall or a machine body and a coupling unit which can be connected with the control device. The support beam sections have an essentially U-shaped base profile section and a closing cover profile secton. The base profile section, with a separating bar positioned parallel to its bar, is divided into a support part constructed as a closed hollow profile and an open U-shaped mounting part turned away from the bar. In the support part and in the mounting part, longitudinally directed and penetrating connecting bars are integrally formed with screw mountings. The angle comprising a corner connector and a covering cap creates, for such suspension apparatus, a rigid, highly-stressable corner connector between support beam sections placed perpendicular to one another. When the covering cap is removed, the connection lines are easily conducted, and can then be covered by means of the covering cap.

Suspension apparatus for control devices

This invention relates to a suspension apparatus for control devices, control panels and the like, which can be assembled from a connection flange or connection rotary joint, support body sections, angle units, and intermediary joints which can be connected with a wall or a machine body, and a coupling unit which can be connected with the control device, the control panel or the like. There is a stable support body section providing easy installation of the connection lines and a simple connection with the adjacent parts of the suspension apparatus. The support body sections comprise an essentially U-shaped base profile section which with a separating bar proceeding in parallel to its bar is divided into a closed support part and an open, U-shaped mounting part turned away from the bar. Longitudinally directed connection bars with penetrating threaded reception mountings are integrally formed both on the support part as well as on the mounting part. The lateral limb sections of the reception mounting part proceed into the connection ends with longitudinally directed, penetrating rear-cut sections. A cover profile section which is U-shaped in cross-section, the lateral limbs of which have longitudinally directed, penetrating suspension or locking attachments, can be connected in a releasable manner with the connection ends of the reception mounting part. The reception mounting profile can thus be closed.

Suspension apparatus for control devices, control panels, or the like

A switch box for wall attachment with a box-like cabinet body having a rear wall and four side walls, the open side of which body can be closed by a cabinet cover or a cabinet door. Using thin starting materials for the cabinet body, an increase of stability, in addition to the possibility of further attachment locations, can be attained by attaching a mounting angle in each of four corner areas on the internal side of the rear wall. The legs of the mounting angle, provided with threaded mounts, are positioned in a plane parallel to the rear wall and spaced at a distance therefrom. At least one external longitudinal side of a leg is provided with a recess for fixing a support strip which is firmly screwed in the area of the open side of the cabinet body. At least one threaded mount of every mounting angle is accessible by a boring in the rear wall of the cabinet body.

Switch box for wall attachment

The invention relates to a switching box with a framework support formed from framework side units. The switching box is sealed by having a bottom wall, top wall, two side walls, and the open sides of which can be closed by means of a cabinet door and a rear wall, or by means of two cabinet doors. The framework side units form a hollow profile, which have identical series of holes on the two sides that stand perpendicular to one another and are oriented toward the internal space of the box. The framework side units have a protruding sealing bar on the side which toward the external side of the box. The costs of parts and labor necessary for assembly are reduced while retaining universal construction. At least one portion of the framework side units are formed by multiple bending in a single piece with the bottom wall, the top wall and/or the side walls plates. The edging has a first section which extends perpendicular to the internal side of the plate and at its edge makes a transition into a second section which is bent outwardly and parallel to the plate. The end of the second section makes a transition into a third section which lies on the second section and is extended parallel to the plate beyond the second section. The third section is provided with a series of holes. At the end of the third section, a fourth section is bent perpendicular and toward the internal side of the plate and also have a series of holes.

Switching box

This invention concerns an improved socket for a control panel of the type having four angled corner pieces, at least two transverse recess members and at least two longitudinal recess members forming a frame. Dimensional stability and torsional rigidity of the socket are greatly increased due to the fact that vertical connecting flanges are bent at right angles along the free edges of the panel-mounting flanges at least in the area of the vertical mounting flanges for mounting of the transverse recess member, and such connecting flanges are connected to the recess-member mounting flanges when the transverse recess members are installed.

Socket for a control panel

This invention concerns a device for establishing an electrically conductive connection between flat areas of two components which are made of metal with a substantially non-conductive coating and are held together by a nut and bolt through aligned boreholes. An electrically conductive connection with damaged areas on surfaces not visible from one side is made possible by various features, including: the borehole of the component beside the nut is enlarged to serve as a holding aperture; a claw retainer is permanently non-rotatably secured on the free side of the nut and rests with punch-cut claws of side legs on the side of the component which faces the nut; and the side legs of the claw retainer have U-shaped extensions passing through the holding aperture adjacent to the nut having additional punch-cut claws engaging the other component, which is away from the nut, on the side thereof which faces the component adjacent to the nut.

Device for electrical connection of two components

This invention relates to a base structure for a switch cabinet having in combination four corner sections, at least two transverse panels and at least two longitudinal panels. The corner sections have two vertical outer walls joined at right angles and the ends of the outer walls are bent inwardly to form mounting flanges provided with mounting holes. The top and bottom of the corner sections have cabinet mounting flanges with mounting holes. Transverse panels and longitudinal panels are screw-fastened to the corner section mounting flanges so their outer surfaces are flush with the outer surfaces of the corner sections. Corner sections, transverse panels and longitudinal panels are adapted to be assembled and disassembled from the interior of the base structure. This base structure configuration ensures that any panel may be removed from bases upon which switch cabinets are mounted in rows of cabinets, and reinstalled without moving the switch cabinets.

Switch cabinet base

This invention relates to a framework for a switchboard cabinet, comprising at least twelve interlocking frame sections of an identical hollow rectangular structure, in which the hollow rectangular structure has rows of holes and forms an outer corner at the junction of two perpendicular side sections. Opposite the outer corner, the hollow rectangular structure has two side sections, each extending parallel to an opposite side forming the outer corner. The outer corners of all frame sections are aligned correspondingly and face the interior of the framework. Due to the special construction and arrangement of the frame sections, a framework is produced which is expandable with positive sealing on all sides, and in which interconnecting transverse struts, support rails, structural elements and the like, may be installed on all frame sections.

Framework for a switchboard cabinet

A lock assembly for cabinet doors comprising a mounting plate attachable to the door panel and provided with a depression in its front face to receive a handle. The handle is connected to an operating shaft for a lock adjusting member in a spring loaded manner to cause the handle to be ejected from the depression pivoting about an axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the adjusting member. The hand lever is retained in and released from the depression by means of the lock assembly. The lock is installed in the mounting plate separate from the depression with the handle therein, and penetrates the door panel through an opening. The lock controls a slide adjustably disposed in the mounting plate by means of a detent element engaged in the depression, the detent element retaining the handle in the depression when the lock is in the locking position and releasing the handle which is ejected from the depression when the lock is in the unlocked position. This invention provides a lock assembly which has a small structural height, can easily be sealed, and has a conveniently and comfortably grippable handle.

Lock assembly for cabinet doors

A utility table for attachment to a vertical wall, particularly to a wall of a switch cabinet, with a tabletop platform and a support member joined to the wall such that it assumes an initial inoperative position folded parallel to the wall out of which the tabletop platform is moved into an inclined operative position. The support member moves into a supporting position due to its own weight whereby the tabletop platform is supported inclined to the wall so that it is prevented from returning to its initial inoperative position under load conditions.
