In an interdental cleaning tool, a flexible cleaning portion including a core covering portion that covers a core base, and a plurality of recesses that are formed due to hold pins during insert molding. The recesses are formed along a longitudinal direction of the core base portion. A core base exposed portion of each recess has a shape elongated in an oblique direction that intersects both the longitudinal direction and a lateral direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and, at a position where a dimension of the core base exposed portion in the longitudinal direction is maximum, the maximum dimension is 0.25 mm or less.

Interdental cleaning tool

An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped support which is made of plastics material and the rear end region of which has a handle part and the opposite front end region of which supports a coating made of a soft-elastic plastics material. At least one radially protruding finger which is integrally connected to the coating is arranged on the outside of the coating. A recess is formed in the outer surface of the coating, and the radially inner foot region of the finger is arranged in the recess and is connected to the coating at the bottom of the recess.

Interdental cleaner

An interdental cleaner for cleaning interdental spaces includes a cleaning portion for interdental cleaning and a handle portion connected as a grip to the cleaning portion by a flexible neck portion.

An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped support, which is made of plastic and, in one end region thereof, is provided with a cleaning part made of a flexible plastic, and a handle part made of plastic. The support, at a support end facing the handle part, is integrally connected to the handle part in a connection region via a web. The connection region is configured as a joint, and the web is provided at least partially with a sheath made of a flexible plastic. Provision is made here that the web has at least one protruding web rib, and/or that at least one rib is formed on the outer face of the sheath.

An interdental cleaner () has a rod-shaped support () made of plastic, a handle part () connected to the support (), and a cleaning part () which has a sleeve-shaped cover () arranged on the support (). The cover carries radially outwardly protruding cleaning elements (). Provision is made that the cover consists of a plurality of cover parts, wherein a first cover part () consists of a first soft-elastic plastic, and wherein a second cover part () consists of a second soft-elastic plastic or of a thermoplastic, wherein the plastics material of the first cover part () is different than the plastics material of the second cover part (). Preferably, the plastics material of the first cover part () has a lower Shore hardness than the plastics material of the second cover part ().

An interdental cleaner with a rod-like support which has a cleaning device in an axial end region. The cleaning device includes a cover on the support made of a soft-elastic plastic, and structuring is formed on the outside of the cover having a plurality of fingers protruding with radial components from the cover, which fingers are made of the same material as the cover and are connected as one piece thereto. The structuring additionally has a bristle edging with a plurality of bristle bundles protruding with radial components from the cover and/or individual bristles which are each formed from pre-produced bristles embedded in the cover and/or in the support.

An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped support which is made of plastic and which, at a support rear end region, has a grip part. A support opposite front end region has a flocking with flock fibers made of plastic. The rod-shaped support is provided, in the support front end region, with a sleeve-shaped cover made of a flexible plastic. The flocking is arranged on the cover.

A method for manufacturing an interdental cleaner includes providing a rod-shaped carrier made of plastic, into which laterally protruding bristles are embedded. In this case, a filament array formed of a plurality of filament strands is inserted into a holding cassette and is fixed in a predefined alignment in the holding cassette by means of a holding device. The holding cassette is then inserted into an injection-molding device and the filament array is coated with plastic in the injection-molding device, forming a plurality of rod-shaped carriers arranged spaced apart next to one another. Finally, the filament strands forming the filament array are separated at least in the sections located between adjacent rod-shaped carriers. In addition, a device for carrying out the method is provided.

Method and device for manufacturing an interdental cleaner

An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped carrier consisting of plastic, which has a cleaning device in an axial end area. The cleaning device comprises at least one fabric part, which extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the carrier and which has mutually intersecting thread systems with warp threads and weft threads. Provisions are made for the fabric part to be connected to the carrier and to radially project from same, wherein thread systems or the warp threads, on the one hand, and the weft threads, on the other hand, extend at an angle in the range of 20&#xb0; to 70&#xb0; to the longitudinal axis of the rod-shaped carrier and pass through the rod-shaped carrier.

Interdental cleaner and method for manufacturing same

Provided is a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning device () including a base portion () having a handle portion () and a core portion (); and a soft portion () having a cleaning soft portion (), a non-slip portion (), and connecting portions () extending from two sites of the non-slip portion () and being connected to the cleaning soft portion (). The method includes causing a second gate () of second molds () and () for molding the soft portion () to open at a position substantially equally distant from positions of two communicating openings () of a non-slip molding space () for molding the non-slip portion (), the two communicating openings () communicating with connecting portion molding spaces () for molding the connecting portions (); and charging the elastomeric material from the second gate () into a second molding space () for molding the soft portion () to fill the molding space ().

Method for manufacturing interdental cleaning device

An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped carrier formed of plastic, which has a structuring with structural elements radially protruding from the carrier on at least one section of an axial length thereof. The carrier is twisted in at least one part of the section having the structuring together with the structuring about a carrier longitudinal axis.
