A method for producing a molding tool () of a vulcanization device for the molding vulcanization of a vehicle tire (), wherein the molding tool () has a negative contrast structure () on a molding surface of the molding tool (), with the following steps: a) providing the molding tool () having the molding surface for the stamping of a surface () of a vehicle tire () in a molding manner in the course of the vulcanization of the tire by means of the vulcanization device, b) creating a first surface structure () of first depressions () by means of a machining process, wherein the first surface structure () extends at least over a surface region () of the molding surface, c) creating a second surface structure () of second depressions () by means of laser engraving, wherein the second structure () extends at least over the surface region () and wherein the first surface structure () and the second surface structure () together form the negative contrast structure () in the surface region ().

Combined production method for a moulding tool for the moulding vulcanization of a vehicle tire and vehicle tire

The invention relates to a pneumatic tire for a vehicle, having formed on its outer surface at least one surface element () with a contrast structure () which imparts a roughness to the surface element (). In the case of a tire of said type, it is the intention to make available a contrast structure with a considerably improved contrast effect. This is achieved in that the contrast structure () is a large-area, nonuniform hill-and-dale contrast structure () having an areal roughness value Saccording to EN ISO 25178 of 50 μm to 150 μm.

Pneumatic tire for a vehicle

A pneumatic vehicle tire () having sidewalls () and having a tread () and having at least one hatching area () on at least one of the sidewalls () and/or on the tread (), wherein the hatching area () has mutually adjacently arranged hatching elements (), wherein each hatching element () has a hatching rib (). A pneumatic vehicle tire () having sidewalls () and a tread () and having at least one marking surface () on at least one of the sidewalls () and/or on the tread (), wherein the marking surface () has two parallel sets (') of elongate elevations (′), wherein the two parallel sets (′) intersect and form a parallelogram grid. The problem addressed is therefore that of influencing the contrast effect in even more targeted fashion, and further increasing the contrast effect. It is also the intention to realize easy producibility of the tire. This is achieved in that the parallelograms of the parallelogram grid have an interior angle () of 35° to 90°, and in that at least one parallelogram, preferably at least half of the parallelograms, particularly preferably all of the parallelograms, has or have an additional elevation () within its or their areal extent.
