A rotary compressor includes a compressor housing that is provided with a refrigerant discharge portion and refrigerant suction portions, a compression unit that is arranged in the compressor housing and compresses a refrigerant, sucked from the suction portions, and discharges it from the discharge portion, a motor that is arranged in the compressor housing and drives the compression unit, an accumulator that is connected to the suction portions, and a mounting member that secures the accumulator to the compressor housing. The compressor housing and an accumulator container of the accumulator are made of a metal material. The mounting member is at least partially made of a resin material and has a first joint portion, which is joined to an outer peripheral surface of the compressor housing.

Rotary compressor

A rotary compressor includes a compressor housing that is provided with a refrigerant discharge portion and a refrigerant suction portion, and an accumulator that is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the compressor housing and connected to the suction portion. The accumulator has a cylindrical body portion, which is formed of a resin material, an upper portion, which is formed of a metal material and closes an upper end of the body portion, and a lower portion, which is formed of a metal material and closes a lower end of the body portion, the upper portion is joined to the upper end of the body portion, and the lower portion is joined to the lower end of the body portion.

A recessed part is provided in a position, in which an upper vane and a lower vane slide, in an outer peripheral part of an intermediate partition plate in a rotary compressor. A rotary compressor includes: a closed upright cylindrical compressor housing including an upper portion provided with a discharge section of refrigerant and a body portion provided with an intake section of the refrigerant; a compression section disposed at a lower part in the compressor housing and configured to compress the refrigerant suctioned by the intake section to discharge the refrigerant from the discharge section; and a motor disposed at an upper part in the compressor housing and configured to drive the compression section.
