A valve gear includes a valve main body having a valve chamber in an inner portion, a valve body having a flow channel space in an inner portion and changing a flow rate for fluid by being rotated and driven within the valve chamber, a first flow channel hole formed in the valve main body and communicated with the flow channel space to allow the fluid to pass through, a second flow channel hole formed in the valve main body changing a communicated state with the flow channel space by a rotational displacement position of the valve body and allowing the fluid to pass through when being communicated with the flow channel space, and a transmission mechanism including a valve body drive shaft transmitting a drive force for rotating the valve body to the valve body. Rotation axes of the valve body and the valve body drive shaft are orthogonal.

Valve gear

Provided are a power element and an expansion valve using same that are capable of obtaining a desired temperature/flow rate characteristic while being low cost. A power element includes a diaphragm; an upper lid member that is joined to one side of an outer circumferential portion of the diaphragm and forms a pressure working chamber PO with the diaphragm; an annular support point adjustment member that is joined to another side of an outer circumferential portion of the diaphragm; a receiving member that is joined to the support point adjustment member and forms a refrigerant inflow chamber LS with the diaphragm, and a stopper member housed in the refrigerant inflow chamber LS, wherein the diaphragm is capable of coming into contact with a support point of the support point adjustment member.

Power element and expansion valve using same

Provided are a power element and an expansion valve using same that are capable of suppressing local deformation of a diaphragm or the like while ensuring the transfer efficiency of a refrigerant. A power element includes a diaphragm; an upper lid member that is overlapped on one surface in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the diaphragm and forms a pressure working chamber PO with the diaphragm; a receiving member that is overlapped on another surface in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the diaphragm and forms a refrigerant inflow chamber LS with the diaphragm; and a stopper member housed in the refrigerant inflow chamber LS and in contact with the diaphragm, wherein a plate thickness near a support point of the diaphragm is thicker than a plate thickness at a central portion of the diaphragm.

Expansion valve

A caulking fixation type power element has a diaphragm, an upper lid member forming a pressure actuation chamber with a working gas, a receiving member provided with a through hole in its center portion and arranged in an opposite side to the upper lid member in relation to the diaphragm, and a stopper member arranged in a lower space formed between the diaphragm and the receiving member, and is integrated according to a circumferential welding by lapping the upper lid member, the diaphragm and the receiving member, the stopper member has a main body portion inserted to the through hole of the receiving member, and a flange portion having a larger diameter than the through hole and formed in one end of the main body portion, and the flange portion is arranged so as to come into contact with the receiving member from the lower space side.

Caulking fixation type power element and expansion valve using the same

There are provided a photocurable composition capable of being readily cured by irradiation of ultraviolet rays and a cured product of the photocurable composition, as well as a coating composition and a coating film obtained from the coating composition. The cured product exhibits a high refractive index, a less discoloration and an excellent transparency. The present invention relates to a photocurable composition comprising (A) an episulfide compound containing a thiirane ring; and (B) a photo-base generator represented by the general formula (1): wherein Ar is phenyl, etc.; R is an alkyl group, etc.; &#x2014;Ais an ammonium ion; and Xis a borate anion, etc., and a coating composition comprising the photocurable composition and (C) a modified silicone oil, as well as a cured product and a coating film obtained from these compositions.

Photocurable composition and coating composition

The photobase generator of the invention is represented by the following formula 1: wherein Ar, R, Aand Xare as defined in the specification. Since the photobase generator of the formula 1 absorbs ultraviolet lights of relatively long wavelength and is photolyzed to generate a strong base efficiently, a composition containing the photobase generator and an episulfide compound is easily cured by polymerization under ultraviolet irradiation.
