The present invention provides a blood purification apparatus and a blood purification circuit, by which a circuit can be shared by different modes for performing respective continuous blood purification methods, a structure of the apparatus performing the continuous blood purification methods can be simplified, and CHF, CHD, CHDF, and ECUM can be performed. The blood purification apparatus and the blood purification circuit according to the present invention includes: a first supply fluid channel () having one end connected to a supply fluid container () containing a supply fluid flowing in the first supply fluid channel (); a first branched part () connected to the other end of the first supply fluid channel (); a first supply fluid pump () connected to the first branched part (); a second supply fluid channel () which has one end connected to the first supply fluid pump () and the other end connected to a dialyzer () that filters and dialyzes blood, and in which the supply fluid from the first supply fluid pump () flows; a second supply fluid pump () connected to the first branched part (); and a third supply fluid channel () in which a supply fluid from the second supply fluid pump () flows, having one end connected to the second supply fluid pump () and the other end connected to a vein side blood channel () in which blood taken from a patient flows.

Blood purification apparatus and blood purification circuit

A blood storage container suitable for quick and efficient production of a large amount of serum while ensuring high safety, and a method of separating blood and a regenerative medical process using the same are provided. A blood component separation storage apparatus is provided for separating a plurality of blood components of blood so as to be stored therein. The blood component separation storage apparatus includes a blood reservoir for holding the blood and a component storage part connected to the blood reservoir aseptically and in an air-tight manner. The blood reservoir contains an anticoagulant which suppresses coagulation of the blood. The blood reservoir has a serum producing function to remove coagulation factors from the blood to an extent enabling use in practical applications as a serum, and the component storage part stores each blood component generated by separation of the blood in the blood reservoir.

The state detecting device () is provided in a tube to detect a state of a liquid flowing in the tube. The state detecting device () includes: a liquid hold part () in which the liquid is stored; an inflow part () from which the liquid enters the liquid hold part (); an outflow part () from which the liquid exits from the liquid hold part (); an inlet () that is a rear end portion of the inflow part (); and an outlet () that is a front end portion of the outflow part (). Here, the inlet () and the outlet () are arranged higher than a center of the liquid hold part () in a vertical direction when the state detecting device is provided in the tube.

A clip which solves a technical problem that the latching of the clip is not easily released by the external force caused by falling, etc., and is easily released when the clip is used. The clip has opposed clipping arms capable of forming an independent and separate space by pressing and holding a clipped object constituted of a flexible hollow member between them. The clip has a latching means on one end of the opposed clipping arm, which has a latching part capable of latching the clipping arms. The clip further has a latching releasing means capable of releasing the latching by an external force headed to an external direction from the clipping arm. The latching means has a supporting point part acting the latching releasing force, added to the latching means by the latching releasing means, to the direction to release the latching of the latching part.

Clip for dividing two liquids

A medical tube-connector device that enables easy connection and disconnection without allowing channel ends to be touched by fingers. The first connector body includes a channel that can communicate with a tube, and is removably attached to the first connector body. The second connector body includes a channel and a concave part into which the protective cap can be inserted. A displaceable guide cap is attached to the second connector body. In a preparatory state, the concave part into which the protective cap can be inserted is open and the end of the channel is sealed. In the connected state, the end of the channel is open. The protective cap is maintained in the concave part so as to be detached from the first connector body and at the same time the channels of the first and second connector bodies communicate.

Medical tube-connector device

An automatic exchanger apparatus for peritoneal dialysis fluids is provided having a dialysis fluid bag and a drained fluid bag and arranged for connecting and disconnecting between the end of a peritoneal dialysis circuit equipped with a branching point and the end of a tube extending from a patient to drain the waste dialysis fluid from the cavity of the patient and fill the peritoneal cavity of the patient with a fresh peritoneal dialysis fluid for exchange, and in particular comprises: means A, B, and C for carrying out respectively a step (A) of connecting the end of the patient side tube to the end of the peritoneal dialysis circuit, a step (B) of delivering and draining the waste fluid, and a step (C) of, disconnecting the two ends and connecting the end of the patient side tube to its shut-off member, arranged for carrying out their respective steps (A) and (C) automatically; and a controlling means for controlling the respectively means to execute their respectively steps in a sequence. The apparatus is simple in the construction while carrying out, with much ease, the connection and disconnection of the tubes and the exchange of the fluids including a waste and a fresh supply one, hence avoiding operational errors of the operator and minimizing the possibility of infection and contamination.
