Provided is a microfluidic chip. The microfluidic chip includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other and drive electrodes, first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes disposed on a side of the first substrate. A microfluidic channel is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate and configured to accommodate at least one droplet. Different drive voltage signals are applied to adjacent drive electrodes, so as to drive the at least one droplet to move. Detection signals are applied to the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes, and a position of the at least one droplet is determined according to a change in capacitance between one first sensing electrode and an electrode corresponding thereto and a change in capacitance between one second sensing electrode and an electrode corresponding thereto when the at least one droplet flows by.

Microfluidic device and detection method thereof

An electrowetting panel includes a base substrate; an electrode array layer, including a plurality of electrodes arranged into an array; an insulating hydrophobic layer; a microfluidic channel layer located on the base substrate. Each electrode of the plurality of electrodes is connected to a driving circuit, and a droplet can move along a first direction by applying an electric voltage on each electrode. The insulating hydrophobic layer is located on the electrode array layer, and the microfluidic channel layer is located on the insulating hydrophobic layer. The electrodes includes a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of detecting electrodes. Along the first direction, a number N of the driving electrodes is located between every two adjacent detecting electrodes, where N is a natural number. The electrowetting panel also includes a detecting chip electrically connected to the detecting electrodes.

Electrowetting panel and operation method thereof

A flexible display panel and a flexible display device are described. The flexible display panel includes a bending region, a non-bending region. A number of deformation detection units are disposed in the bending region. The deformation detection units each includes a first electrode, a piezoelectric (PZT) material function layer and a second electrode which are sequentially stacked in a direction perpendicular to a light-emitting surface of the flexible display panel. The density of the PZT units and PZT function layer thickness may vary depending on their distance from the bending axis.

Both m and n are positive integers greater than or equal to 2. The monochrome pixels of any two test display panels have different aging grayscales.

Display brightness compensation method and system

The display component includes a display panel including a first substrate, a thin-film transistor array layer, a second substrate and a coil-containing film layer. The coil-containing film layer at least includes a first metal layer, a first insulation layer, a second metal layer, and a second insulation layer. The first metal layer includes at least one first coil and the second metal layer includes at least one signal line, where the one first coil of the first metal layer is electrically connected to one or two signal lines of the second metal layer. An orthographic projection of the first coil on the first substrate is at least partially in the display region. The display component further includes a coil drive circuit, where the coil drive circuit is electrically connected to each of the first coil and the signal line, respectively.

The pixel circuit comprises: a light-emitting element, configured for emitting light in response to a drive current; a drive transistor, configured for providing the drive current to the light-emitting element; a data write device, configured for writing a data signal to a gate electrode of the drive transistor; a hold device, electrically connected with the gate electrode of the drive transistor and configured for holding a voltage on the gate electrode of the drive transistor in a light-emitting stage; and a control device, electrically connected with the gate electrode of the drive transistor and configured for controlling the drive transistor to operate in a full cut-off region in a cut-off stage, wherein, the cut-off stage precedes the light-emitting stage.

Pixel circuit, display panel and drive method for a pixel circuit

Provided are a display panel and a display device. A pixel circuit in the disclosed display panel includes a driving module, a data writing module, a storage module, and at least one control module. The data writing module is configured to write a data signal into a control terminal of the driving module. The storage module is electrically connected to the control terminal of the driving module for maintaining a voltage on the control terminal of the driving module in an emit-lighting phase. The control module is electrically connected to the control terminal of the driving module for writing a signal into the control terminal of the driving module prior to the light-emitting stage. At least one hollowed structure is provided on the continuous gate structure of the control transistor of the control module. At least one channel's width-to-length ratio is different from others among the overlapping portions' channels.

Disclosed are a method for driving a pixel circuit, a display panel and a display device. The pixel circuit includes: a data write module, a drive transistor, a hold module and a light-emitting element. The method comprises, in a time period for a frame of display: a data writing stage in which a data signal is written by the data write module into a gate electrode of the drive transistor; a light-emitting stage in which a voltage on the gate electrode of the drive transistor is held by the hold module, the drive transistor supplies a drive current to the light-emitting element, and the light-emitting element emits light in response to the drive current; and a cut-off stage in which the drive transistor operates in a full cut-off region.
