An equipment component fixation structure includes: a cell stack; an equipment case; an equipment component; an in-vehicle bracket; and a support bracket supporting the equipment case. The in-vehicle bracket has a shape as extending from the cell stack to below the equipment case. The support bracket couples the in-vehicle bracket and the equipment case.

Equipment component fixation structure

A vehicle includes: an electronic device accommodated in an accommodation case of a power storage device; and a signal wiring connected to an electronic device and an in-vehicle device, the signal wiring being a signal wiring in which a signal to be received or transmitted by the electronic device or the in-vehicle device travels. An exhaust pipe is disposed at a position adjacent to a first side surface, and the signal wiring is drawn out from the second side surface to outside of the accommodation case.

Vehicle

A vehicle includes a housing case, a power storage module provided in the housing case, an electronic device provided in the housing case, an exhaust pipe disposed laterally of the housing case, and a cooling circuit including a cooling pipe through which refrigerant circulates. A portion of the cooling pipe is located between the electronic device and the exhaust pipe.

An electrical connection box comprising a box main body that accommodates an electrical component and a connector for connection with an electrical wire that is provided in a protruding manner on an outer surface of the box main body, the electrical connection box being mounted on a vehicle and used for connection of a plurality of on-board loads to an on-board power supply comprises a protector that is provided in a protruding manner along a protrusion direction of the connector and protects the connector.

Electrical connection box

A battery pack includes a first unit battery, a second unit battery, and a spacer. The first unit battery includes a wound electrode body and a casing that accommodates an electrolyte solution. The spacer includes: a primary surface that faces the first unit battery; and plural projections, each of which is projected from the primary surface. The plural projections include: a first projection that abuts the casing in a state where the casing is not expanded; and a second projection, a height of which is lower than a height of the first projection.

Battery pack

A vehicle-mounted battery apparatus to be mounted in a vehicle includes: a battery pack, the battery pack including a battery cell, the battery cell including a gas exhaust portion configured to discharge internal gas; a smoke exhaust duct connected to the battery pack and configured to discharge gas to an outside of the vehicle; and a check valve disposed in the smoke exhaust duct and configured to block flow of gas from the outside of the vehicle toward the battery pack. The check valve includes: a valve seat disposed in the smoke exhaust duct and having a hole; a valve body configured to be seated on the valve seat to cover the hole; and a shock absorbing member disposed between the valve body and the valve seat to alleviate impact of the valve body against the valve seat.

Vehicle-mounted battery apparatus

A battery wiring module is attached to a cell group including an arrangement of a plurality of cells having positive pole and negative pole electrode terminals. The battery wiring module is provided with: a plurality of connection members connecting the positive pole and negative pole electrode terminals of adjacent cells of the plurality of cells; and a flexible printed board including a plurality of voltage sensing wires for sensing voltages of the plurality of cells via the plurality of connection members. Each of the voltage sensing wires has an electric current limiting element provided somewhere therealong to limit a flow of overcurrent in the voltage sensing wires. The electric current limiting element is connected to the voltage sensing wires at a portion which is overcoated with an insulating resin.

Battery wiring module

A battery including a plurality of cells housed in a battery container, wherein the battery container is formed of an insulating material and includes a plurality of housing portions formed by an inner wall portion of the battery container, each of the housing portions housing an associated one of the cells, and a conductive member for use in connecting the plurality of cells is embedded in a wall portion of the battery container. The housing portion has a shape conforming to an outer face of the cell and is in contact with the outer face of the cell.

Battery, battery pack, and method of manufacturing battery

In a temperature adjusting structure for an electric power storage device as well as in a temperature adjusting method for an electric power storage device, a temperature adjusting air that exchanges heat with a case in which an electric power generation element is housed is guided in a longitudinal direction of a circulation path. Then, a vortex flow that swirls with the longitudinal direction being a rotational axis is generated in the air that flows through the circulation path, and the vortex flow is brought into contact with a lateral surface of the case.

Temperature adjusting structure and temperature adjusting method for electric power storage device

In a temperature regulation structure according to the invention, the power storage element includes a power generation element for charging and discharging, and has a case body having an opening portion for incorporating the power generation element, and a lid that closes up the opening portion of the case body. Air for temperature regulation that comes into contact with the power storage element is supplied from a direction substantially perpendicular to a bottom face of the case body, which is opposed to the lid across the power generation element. The temperature of the power storage element can be efficiently regulated by bringing the air for temperature regulation into contact with the bottom face of the case body.

Temperature regulation structure

A temperature adjusting structure adjusting the temperature of an electric storage module mounted on a vehicle has an intake path which takes in air in the vehicle interior from an intake port and guides the air to the electric storage module located below a horizontal plane on which the intake port is located. A bottom face of the intake path has an inclined face extending upward from a lower end portion of the intake port and facing the intake port.

A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply deviceincludes a cell assembly, a plurality of first bus bars, a plateto which the plurality of bus barsare attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly. The cell assemblyhas a plurality of cellsrespectively including positive electrodesat one ends and negative electrodesat the other ends. The first bus barsconnect the positive electrodesof the one cellsto the negative electrodesof the other cellsof the cell assemblywhich are mutually adjacent when the plateis overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly. The power supply deviceincludes a positioning unitthat relatively positions the cell assemblyto the plateand a guide unitthat guides the plurality of first bus barsto positions where the first bus barsconnect the respectively corresponding positive electrodesto the negative electrodeswhen the plateis attached to the cell assembly

Power supply device

In a hybrid control device performing cooling control of a secondary battery of a hybrid vehicle, the hybrid control device limiting the amount of charge/discharge of the secondary battery based on an air volume flow of a cooling fan cooling the secondary battery, an operation control mode of the secondary battery cooling fan is changed from an ordinary control mode to a power mode in which an air volume flow of the cooling fan is larger than in the ordinary control mode, whereby a limiting value of the amount of charge/discharge of the secondary battery is varied to expand the usable range of the secondary battery. Accordingly, when improvement of drive power performance is desired by an operator more than low noise within the vehicle, the amount of charge/discharge of the secondary battery is not limited by the cooling fan, and larger drive power performance is thus achieved.

Hybrid control device

A cooling fan of a secondary battery and a cooling fan of a DC/DC converter are arranged in parallel to share the same air discharge path. A temperature sensor on an air intake side and a temperature sensor on an air discharge side are attached to the secondary battery. When the cooling fan is in failure, a temperature deviation between the air intake side and the air discharge side in the secondary battery increases because a backflow component of a discharge air is generated through the discharge path as the cooling fan operates. Based on this phenomenon, when operation commands for both of the cooling fans are issued, the control circuit senses a failure in the cooling fan by monitoring the temperature difference between temperatures detected by the temperature sensors. Failure detection is thereby possible without providing a sensor at each of the cooling fans.

Method of detecting and responding to a cooling system failure in a power supply device

An electric distribution box includes a circuit which is operable to perform the flowing, interruption and detection of electric current, and the circuit having distribution parts and a first bus bar which connects the distribution parts, a case body in which the circuit is contained, and an external input/output terminal portion which is detachably mounted on an outer surface of the case body, and is adapted to be connected to the first bus bar.
