A rotary disk rotatable around a vertical rotation axis; a bearing supporting the rotary disk so as to be freely rotatable; a slide disk slidable on a top surface of the rotary disk; a position adjustment bracket that displaces the slide disk along the top surface of the rotary disk; a placement disk that is supported by the slide disk; a plurality of air nozzles that are arranged on a top surface of the stator in an annular shape centered on the rotation axis, and form a static pressure air film between the top surface of the stator and a bottom surface of the rotary disk; an aerostatic pocket formed between the top surface of the rotary disk and a bottom surface of the slide disk; and a communication aperture is formed on the rotary disk and introduces pressure of the static pressure air film into the aerostatic pocket.

Rotary table and roundness measuring apparatus

There is provided a rotary stand capable of reducing the load on a feeder and deformation of a placement plane. A rotary stand includes a feeder that adjusts an inclination of a placement plane. The feeder includes a first contact portion that interlocks with a feeding mechanism to move and a second contact portion pressurized by a spring. The first contact portion and the second contact portion disposed to face each other in the movement direction to sandwich a held part interlocking with the placement plane.

Rotary stand

A rotary table includes: a stage; a rotary base configured to be rotated around a rotation center axis; a support mechanism that is disposed on the rotary base and supports the stage; a leveling adjustment mechanism configured to perform a leveling adjustment of the stage; and a transfer mechanism configured to transfer a rotative force of the rotary base to the stage. The transfer mechanism includes: an annular transfer member configured to receive the support mechanism therethrough; a first connecting mechanism that connects the transfer member and the rotary base and is rotatable around the first axis; and a second connecting mechanism that connects the transfer member and the stage and is rotatable around a second axis defined in a direction intersecting the first axis.

Rotary table and roundness measuring machine

A rotation transmitter includes a first member, a second member, and an intermediate member. The first member is connected to the intermediate member by a first rotary mechanism. The second member is connected to the intermediate member by a second rotary mechanism. A second rotary mechanism includes: a second radial pin supported by a first one of the second member and the intermediate member; a plurality of pairs of rollers disposed at different positions of the second radial pin and each of the pairs of rollers holding the second radial pin therebetween; axial pins supporting the respective rollers while supported by a second one of the second member and the intermediate member; and stroke bearings respectively interposed between the rollers and the axial pins and supporting the rollers so that the rollers are rotatable around the axial pins and movable in a direction of the rotation axis.

Rotation transmitter

A detector includes a stylus, a holding portion that holds a proximal end portion of the stylus, a body portion that supports the holding portion rotatably about a rotational axis, and a sensor that detects a rotational displacement of the holding portion. The holding portion includes an abutting member, on which the proximal end portion of the stylus abuts, and a plate spring that biases the proximal end portion of the stylus against the abutting member. The abutting member includes a groove portion on which the proximal end portion of the stylus abuts, and a semispherical portion that extends toward the plate spring, compared with a bottom of the groove portion. The stylus includes a proximal end inclined portion at the proximal end portion of the stylus. The proximal end inclined portion is inclined toward the plate spring, with a decreasing distance from the rotational axis.
