Provided is a light source cooling device that includes: a case in which exhaust port () is formed; ventilation device () that has a blowing port blowing air and that is located in the case; flow path component (); light source (); and holding part () disposed in an inner surface of case (). Flow path component () constitutes flow path () for guiding air from ventilation device () to exhaust port () in the case. Light source () is located in flow path (). Flow path component () includes a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is connected to exhaust port (), while the second opening is connected to the blowing port of ventilation device (). An outer surface of flow path component () is held by holding part ().

A pump unit includes a pump body for discharging compressed air, a communication pipe including an elastic material and having one end fitted into a discharge port, and a pump fixture for fixing part of the communication pipe except for the one end fitted into the discharge port. The pump body is fixed only by the pump fixture.

A tilt angle adjusting device has a shaft configured to be fixed to a bottom surface of a housing at least one end, and a moment transmission member connected to the shaft. The moment transmission member allows relative rotation between the shaft and the moment transmission member when a moment equal to or more than a predetermined value is applied about an axis of the shaft from the housing, and restricts the relative rotation when the moment is released. The moment transmission member includes a leg configured to be placed on a surface on which the housing is installed. The leg is provided with part of a bearing to support the shaft. The moment transmission member also includes a plate member to press an outer peripheral surface of the shaft. The plate member forms the rest of the bearing.

A tilt foot mechanism includes: two or more tilt feet that allow adjustment of the length of extension with respect to the bottom surface of the case of a projector; two or more locking levers that are each provided corresponding to each of the tilt feet; an elastic part that presses each of the locking levers against a corresponding tilt foot to thus lock the tilt foot; and a control button for causing the two or more locking levers to simultaneously separate from the tilt feet against the pressure of the elastic part.
