A sectional type card feeding mechanism and method. The mechanism includes: a rear section mechanism including a rear section frame and a rear section belt, the rear section belt being movably connected to the rear section frame in a lengthwise direction of the rear section frame to convey cards; and a front section mechanism including a front section frame which is connected to an end of the rear section frame, the rear section belt driving the cards to be transferred to the front section frame to be discharged. The process of card feeding is divided into two sections. Cards are placed on the rear section belt of the rear section mechanism, and after the rear section belt conveys the cards to one end of the front section frame, the cards are sent to the other end of the front section frame to be discharged.

Provided are a 2, 4-di-(nitrogen containing group) substituted pyrimidine compound represented by a general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a stereoisomer thereof, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof in preparation of anti-tumor drugs. The compound having a structural feature shown in the general formula (I) can selectively suppress activity of mutant epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR), including single-mutant EGFR (T790M) and double-mutant EGFR (including L858R/T790M and ex19del/T790M), and can suppress activity of single gain-of-function mutant EGFR (including L858R and ex19del) as well. The compound has a weak suppression effect on wild-type EFGR and a very high selectivity, and thus it has a potential to be used in preparation of drugs for treating EGFR mutant tumors, especially non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprising a T790M EGFR mutation.

A non-invasive scattering imaging method beyond a memory effect range based on connected component optimization, including: calculating an autocorrelation image of collected speckle information, and obtaining an autocorrelation graph according to the autocorrelation image; obtaining a reconstruction result according to the autocorrelation graph, and optimizing the reconstruction result; calculating and normalizing autocorrelation of the optimized reconstruction result, to calculate initial autocorrelation of an object; obtaining a reconstruction result according to the autocorrelation of the object obtained in the previous step, calculating autocorrelation of an optimized reconstruction result by using a connected component and performing normalization, and using the autocorrelation graph to calculate autocorrelation of another object; and repeating the preceding steps of calculating autocorrelation of the two objects until a predetermined loop count is reached, and then using a phase recovery algorithm and the calculated autocorrelation of the two objects to perform spatial reconstruction to achieve non-invasive imaging.

A method for measuring a pose of a robotic end tool, including: obtaining a three-dimensional feature of a flange and a three-dimensional feature of the end tool, establishing a first coordinate system and a second coordinate system at the center of the flange and the center of the end tool respectively, calculating a positional offset of the second coordinate system relative to the first coordinate system, and calculating a rotation offset of the second coordinate system relative to the first coordinate system according to each unit vector of the second coordinate system, so as to obtain a pose of the end tool relative to the flange. The method provided in the present application, compared with the manual observation method, the precision and stability of the pose measurement method are high.
