A thermal management system includes a cooling liquid circulation flow path, a refrigerant circulation flow path and a first heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion. The cooling liquid circulation flow path includes a first heat exchange assembly, a second heat exchange assembly and a first branch. The thermal management system has a heating mode. After passing through the first heat exchange assembly, one path of the cooling liquid flows to the first branch, and another path of the cooling liquid flows to the second heat exchange assembly. The cooling liquid after flowing through the first branch and after flowing through the second heat exchange assembly merge and then flow to the first heat exchange portion. As a result, the number of heat exchangers used by the thermal management system to recover waste heat is reduced.

Thermal management system

A thermal management system includes a refrigerant system and a coolant system. The refrigerant system includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, a first flow regulating device, a first heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger. The outdoor heat exchanger includes a first port and a second port. The first flow regulating device has a bi-directional throttling function. The first heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange section and a second heat exchange section. The thermal management system has a heating mode and a cooling mode which can be achieved by the same first flow regulating device. A control method of the thermal management system is also disclosed.

Thermal management system with first flow regulating device having bi-directional throttling function and control method thereof

Disclosed is a heat exchanger. An end cover is assembled and fixed to a port of a first header in a lengthwise direction or a port of a second header in a lengthwise direction, and the end cover includes a body and a first opening formed in the body. The body includes a second cavity and a first recess. The first recess includes a first bottom wall close to the first opening, the first bottom wall is provided with a third opening, the third opening is in communication with the first opening and the second cavity, and the first opening is farther away from an inner cavity of the first header or an inner cavity of the second header than the second cavity. The open area of the first recess is larger than that of the third opening.

Heat exchanger

A gas-liquid separation device includes a heat exchange member having a heat exchange tube spirally wound around a first cylinder body. The heat exchange tube includes a first flow passage, a tube wall surrounding the first flow passage, and a first extension portion protruding from the tube wall. A second flow passage is formed between the first cylinder body, the second cylinder body, and the heat exchange tube. The first extension portion is located in the second flow passage. A heat exchange area between the heat exchange tube and a fluid in the second flow passage is increased. The heat exchange effect between a fluid in the first flow passage and the fluid in the second flow passage is improved. A thermal management system having the gas-liquid separation device is also disclosed.

Gas-liquid separation device and thermal management system

A thermal management system includes a refrigerant flow path, a coolant liquid flow path, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger. The refrigerant flow path includes a compressor, a first indoor heat exchanger, a first flow regulation device, and a second flow regulation device. The coolant liquid flow path includes a first heat exchange assembly and a heater. The first heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion. The second heat exchanger includes a third heat exchange portion and a fourth heat exchange portion. The thermal management system has a first heating mode and a second heating mode. The thermal management system provides thermal energy required for heating by at least one of the following selectable processes: heating of the heater, and generating excess heat during operation of the first heat exchange assembly.

A heat pump system includes a compressor, a fluid switching device, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, a fourth heat exchanger, a flow regulating device and a throttle element. The second heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion. An outlet of the first heat exchange portion communicates with the throttle element. An inlet of the first heat exchange portion communicates with at least one of a second port of the third heat exchanger and an outlet of the fourth heat exchanger. An inlet of the second heat exchange portion communicates with the outlet of the first heat exchanger. An outlet of the second heat exchange portion communicates with an inlet of the compressor. In a heating mode, the function of the second heat exchanger is reduced, thereby the heating capacity of the heat pump system is improved.

Heat pump system

A pipeline connection device includes a first connecting member, a second connecting member and a sealing member. The first connecting member includes a first channel and an abutting portion. The second connecting member includes a second channel and a first groove portion. The first groove portion includes a first side wall and a first receiving groove to receive the sealing member. At least part of the abutting portion is received in the first receiving groove and abuts against the sealing element. A first gap not greater than 0.3 mm is provided between the abutting portion and the first side wall; or the first connecting member and the second connecting member include at most two annular friction surfaces. As a result, mutual jamming of the first connecting member and the second connecting member can be avoided. Besides, a pipeline adapting assembly having the pipeline connection device is disclosed.

A gas-liquid separator includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder and a heat exchange assembly. The first cylinder is surrounded by the second cylinder at a predetermined distance. The heat exchange assembly is arranged between the first cylinder and the second cylinder. The heat exchange assembly includes a collecting pipe. An extension direction of the collecting pipe is parallel to an axial direction of the first cylinder. At least a part of a side wall surface of the first cylinder is formed with an avoidance portion recessed inwardly. At least a part of the collecting pipe is arranged between the avoidance portion and the second cylinder.

Gas-liquid separator and air conditioning system

The present application discloses an air conditioning system and a control method therefore. An intermediate heat exchanger can include a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion, a first end of the first heat exchange portion is in communication with an inlet of a compressor, a second end of the first heat exchange portion is communicable with an outlet of a second heat exchanger and/or a second end of the first heat exchanger, a first end of the second heat exchange portion is communicable with a first end of the first heat exchanger, and a second end of the second heat exchange portion is communicable with an inlet of the second heat exchanger and/or an outlet of the compressor. In the refrigeration mode, the first branch can have an adjustable amount of flow.

Air conditioning system and control method therefor

The present application relates to a thermal management system including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a first valve control device, a first indoor heat exchanger, a second indoor heat exchanger and a second valve control device connected by pipelines. The thermal management system includes a heating and dehumidifying mode. In the heating and dehumidifying mode, the compressor, the first indoor heat exchanger, the second valve control device, the second indoor heat exchanger, the first valve control device and the outdoor heat exchanger are in communication to form a loop. The first valve control device and the second valve control device both include a communication mode and a throttle mode. In the heating and dehumidifying mode, the second valve control device is in the throttle mode, and the first valve control device is in the throttle mode or the communication mode. In the cooling mode, the first valve control device is in the throttle mode, and the second valve control device is in the communication mode or the throttle mode.

A heat pump system includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, an intermediate heat exchanger, a first throttling element and a first valve member. The intermediate heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion that may carry out heat exchange. A first port of the first heat exchange portion communicates with an inlet of the compressor. A second port of the first heat exchange portion may communicate with at least one of an outlet of the second heat exchanger and a second port of the third heat exchanger. A first port of the second heat exchange portion may communicate with a first port of the third heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are indoor heat exchangers which are configured to be disposed in an air-conditioning cabinet.

A header box includes a first bottom plate and an unperforated cover plate. The first bottom plate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first bottom plate is of a one-piece configuration. The first surface is recessed inwardly to form a straight first hole extending along a length direction. The second surface is recessed inwardly to form at least two straight second holes extending along a width direction perpendicular to the length direction. The first hole is communicated with the at least two second holes. The cover plate is connected to the first surface to block an opening of the first hole on the first surface. A heat exchanger having the header box is also disclosed.

Header box and heat exchanger

A gas-liquid separator includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder, a heat exchange pipe, a flow guide pipe, a distribution portion, and a lower sealing cover. The gas-liquid separator has a first cavity and a second cavity. The second cavity includes at least the space located in the first cylinder. The distribution portion includes a first passage. One end of the first passage is communicated with that of the flow guide pipe. The other end of the flow guide pipe is communicated with the second cavity. The other end of the first passage is communicated with the first cavity. The lower sealing cover is located at the other side far away from the distribution portion. The gas-liquid separator further includes a flow passage located, at least in part, in the lower sealing cover, communicated with the first cavity and communicated with the second cavity.

Gas-liquid separator and heat exchange system

The present application provides a pipeline adapter including a first connection block, a second connection block, a fastener and a seal ring. The first connection block is provided with a first channel and a first annular positioning groove disposed around the first channel. The second connection block is provided with a second channel communicating with the first channel and a second annular positioning platform fitting inside the first annular positioning groove. The second annular positioning platform is disposed around the second channel. The fastener connects the first connection block to the second connection block. The seal ring fits between the first annular positioning groove and the second annular positioning platform. The pipeline adapter is convenient to use, has a favorable sealing effect, and facilitates pipeline connection of a refrigeration system.
