An oxide-based solid-state secondary battery and a binder for a solid-state secondary battery using an oxide-based solid electrolyte that contains a fluorine-containing polymer including a vinylidene fluoride unit and a fluorinated monomer unit other than the vinylidene fluoride unit. The fluorinated monomer unit is at least one copolymerization unit (A) selected from a monomer unit having a structure represented by formula (1) and a monomer unit having a structure represented by formula (2): wherein Rfand Rfare each a linear or branched fluorinated alkyl or fluorinated alkoxy group with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, which optionally contains an oxygen atom between carbon-carbon atoms when the number of carbon atoms is 2 or more.

A binder and a slurry suitable for use in the production of an electrode in a sulfide-based solid-state battery. The binder contains sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles, and is a polymer including a vinylidene fluoride unit and at least one copolymerization unit (A) selected from a monomer unit having a structure represented by formula (1) below and a monomer unit having a structure represented by formula (2) below: where Rfand Rfare each a linear or branched fluorinated alkyl or fluorinated alkoxy group with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, which optionally contains an oxygen atom between carbon-carbon atoms when the number of carbon atoms is 2 or more. The slurry contains sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles, the binder and a solvent. Also disclosed is an electrode including an electrode active material layer formed using the slurry and a lithium-ion secondary solid state battery including the electrode.

The fluororesin is a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer and/or a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer having 25 or more carbonyl group-containing functional groups per 10main-chain carbon atoms; the silica is a spherical silica; a blending ratio of the spherical silica to a total amount of the fluororesin and the silica is 50% by mass or higher and 70% by mass or lower; the fluororesin composition has a linear expansion coefficient of 100 ppm/° C. or lower and a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1.0 g/10 min or higher and 30 g/10 min or lower. Also disclosed is a substrate for circuits including the fluororesin sheet used as a part in a multilayer structure.

A binder and a slurry suitable for use in the production of an electrode in a sulfide-based solid-state battery. The binder contains sulfide-based solid electrolyte particles, and is a fluorine-containing elastomer in which resin end functional groups satisfy:0.01≤([—CHOH]+[—COOH])/([—CH]+[—CFH]+[—CHOH]+[—CHI]+[—OC(O)RH]+[—COOH]≤0.25where R represents an alkyl group with 1 to 20 carbon atoms. Also disclosed is an electrode including an electrode active material layer formed using the slurry and a lithium-ion secondary solid state battery including the electrode.

A molded body which is formed from a shaping material containing a fluororesin powder. The fluororesin powder has a D50 of 30 μm or more and 200 μm or less and a D10 of 12 μm or more. Also disclosed is a method for forming a molded body from a shaping material containing the fluororesin powder, the method including controlling the temperature of the fluororesin powder; and irradiating the fluororesin powder with a laser at the controlled temperature to fuse the same.

The present invention provides a hose excellent in mechanical properties at high temperatures. The hose of the present invention comprises a cross-linked fluororubber layer obtainable by cross-linking a fluororubber composition containing a fluororubber (A) and a carbon black (B). The cross-linked fluororubber layer has a loss modulus E&#x2033; of 400 kPa or higher and 6,000 kPa or lower determined by a dynamic viscoelasticity test (measurement temperature: 160&#xb0; C., tensile strain: 1%, initial force: 157 cN, frequency: 10 Hz).

The present invention aims to provide a laminate in which a fluororesin layer and a fluororubber layer are firmly bonded even when the fluororesin layer contains a fluororesin having excellently low fuel permeability. The present invention relates to a laminate including a fluororubber layer (A) and a fluororesin layer (B) stacked on the fluororubber layer (A). The fluororubber layer (A) is a layer formed from a fluororubber composition. The fluororubber composition contains a fluororubber (a1) and a basic multifunctional compound having at least two nitrogen atoms in the molecule with a distance between the nitrogen atoms in the molecule of 5.70 &#x212b; or greater. The fluororubber (a1) has an absorption coefficient at 1720 cm, determined after being brought into contact with triethyl amine, of 0.35 or lower. The fluororesin layer (B) is formed from a fluororesin (b1) having a fuel permeability coefficient of 2.0 g&#xb7;mm/m/day or lower.

An aqueous perfluoroelastomer dispersion and method for producing a perfluoroelastomer using a specific fluorosurfactant and capable of achieving a sufficient number of particles and a sufficient polymerization rate. The method includes providing an aqueous dispersion containing perfluoroelastomer particles by emulsion-polymerizing a perfluoromonomer in an aqueous medium in the presence of a specific fluorosurfactant in an amount of 2 parts by mass or more for 100 parts by mass of the aqueous medium.

Sealing material

There is provided a perfluoroelastomer composition having a low glass transition temperature and excellent cold resistance and heat resistance and comprising a perfluoroelastomer comprising a tetrafluoroethylene unit (a), a perfluoro vinyl ether unit (b) and a cure site unit (c) having nitrile group, carboxyl group and/or alkoxycarbonyl group as a cure site, wherein the perfluoro vinyl ether unit (b) is contained in an amount of 8 to 23% by mole in the perfluoroelastomer.
