A linear motor for a compressor having asymmetric load characteristics in both directions of a stroke, improves the service life of a bearing, and reduces a total length of a system. The linear motor includes a movable element having a magnetic pole frame and a plurality of field element poles, and a plurality of magnetic pole teeth around which windings are wound and that are provided so as to sandwich the movable element, and the movable element and the magnetic pole teeth are relatively displaced. The plurality of field element poles include primary magnets arranged between the plurality of magnetic pole teeth and secondary magnets arranged externally relative to spaces between the plurality of magnetic pole teeth in either direction of the relative displacement. A neck part of the magnetic pole frame connected to a bearing is arranged externally in the other direction of the relative displacement direction.

A rotary electric machine includes a stator including a coil, and a rotor in an inner peripheral side of the stator. The rotor core comprises a soft magnetic metal and a magnet within a magnet insertion hole, a first magnet stopper on a q axis side of the magnet in the magnet insertion hole, a magnet accommodation between the first magnet stopper on both sides of the magnet insertion hole, a first space portion communicating with the magnet insertion hole, a second space portion whose distance from the magnet is equal to or less than a thickness of the magnet and a radial length of a magnetic pole center is long, the second space portion formed on an inner peripheral side relative to the magnet, and a third space portion that has a convex shape on an inner peripheral side of a q axis of the magnet.

A linear motor achieves both a decrease in pulsation and an increase in propulsion with a 6n teeth structure provided with: a first mover for holding permanent magnets arranged longitudinally; a first stator having 6n teeth that are arranged so as to oppose the first mover and 6n windings that are wound on the respective teeth; a second mover holding permanent magnets longitudinally; a second stator having 6n teeth that are arranged in the longitudinal direction so as to oppose the second mover and 6n windings that are wound on the respective teeth The permanent magnets opposing each other in the first mover and the second mover are disposed with a phase difference of π/2 in the moving direction of the two movers, and electrical currents with a phase difference of (1+6m)π/3 or (2+6m)π/3 are supplied to the windings opposing each other in the first stator and the second stator.

Linear motion motor

To provide a linear motor and device which suppress contact of a movable element with a core. The linear motor includes: a movable element having a permanent magnet; and an armature having magnetic pole teeth located in an up/down direction of the movable element, a winding wound around the magnetic pole teeth, and an arm part extending in a right/left direction of the movable element. The movable element and the armature make relative movement in a front/back direction. The linear motor includes a protective member which is located between the arm part and the movable element and in which a movable element facing surface facing the movable element is located inside an outer end of the winding.

The present invention is intended to provide a magnetic gear structure that realizes a magnetic gear that transmits a torque efficiently by reducing eddy currents generated in the interior of magnets. In order to solve the subject described above, in the magnetic gear structure, a structure in which magnets are arranged in the interior of an iron core in an inner rotor portion. Bonded magnets formed by molding, for example, NdFeB powder may be used as the magnets. Since the influence of the eddy current on the side of an outer rotor having a larger pole number is large, a structure in which the magnets are arranged in the interior only of an outer rotor portion having a larger pole number is also applicable. In addition, the magnets to be embedded may be divided into a plurality of pieces. The finer the division of the magnets, the less eddy currents are generated, so that a method of further fining down and assembling the same is also effective. Further reduction of the eddy currents is possible by laminating the plate-shaped magnets having a thickness equivalent to an electromagnetic steel plate in the axial direction.

Magnetic gear mechanism

The present invention relates to a magnetic gear type electric rotating machine. Specifically, the purpose is to provide a magnetic gear type electric rotating machine with which the intensity of a permanent magnetic field can be improved without increasing material and manufacturing costs, and deterioration of torque transmission characteristics can be prevented. To this end, in the present invention, concave and convex sections are provided on a surface of at least one of cores () for a first permanent magnetic field () and a second permanent magnetic field (). The convex sections () are arranged along the circumferential direction at the center sections of permanent magnetic poles (), and the concave sections () are arranged along the circumferential direction at the edge sections of the permanent magnetic poles ().

Magnetic gear-type electric rotating machine

A magnetic gear mechanism including a simplified assembly of a magnetic flux modulating section in the magnetic gear mechanism which improves the strength thereof. In the magnetic flux modulating section of the magnetic gear mechanism, the magnetic flux modulating section being formed of a magnetic member and a non-magnetic member, a piece of the magnetic member and a piece of the non-magnetic member are separately produced. The piece of the magnetic member is sandwiched between circumferential projections provided in pieces of the non-magnetic member, and the magnetic member and the non-magnetic member and bearing holding sections form a structure in which the magnetic member and the non-magnetic member are fitted into the bearing holding sections by using recessed portions provided in the bearing holding sections and axial projections provided in the pieces of the non-magnetic member. This structure simplifies production and improves strength.

Magnetic gear mechanism including a plurality of rotors or stators

The present invention relates to an AC motor control device and, particularly, to provide an AC control device capable of simply setting a state quantity of an AC motor non-linearly variable, in accordance with the motor driving state and using the setting in motor control, the present invention can be achieved by including a state quantity calculating unit () for calculating a state quantity corresponding to a coil interlinkage flux which is an internal quantity of the motor, calculating a setting value of the coil interlinkage flux defined on one axis out of two axes, that is, d and q axes, with a function formula using a current defined on the same one of the axes and a function formula using a state variable defined on the other one of the axes.

AC motor control device and AC motor driving system

A magnetic gear comprises a first permanent magnet field having a plurality of permanent magnet magnetic poles, a second permanent magnet field having a plurality of permanent magnet magnetic poles, number of poles of which magnet is different from that of the first permanent magnet field, and a modulating magnetic pole arranged between the first permanent magnet field and the second permanent magnet field and having a plurality of pole pieces to modulate the number of poles of the first and second permanent magnet fields. Non-magnetic bars are provided between the plurality of pole pieces. One ends of the non-magnetic bars are fixed to a first non-magnetic end holding member and the other ends of the non-magnetic bars are electrically insulated from and fixed to a second non-magnetic end holding member.

There is disclosed a rotary electromotor including a stator, a stator winding on the stator, a stator frame, a rotator, end covers, and a highly heat-conductive member. The stator has a plurality of magnetic poles. The stator frame supports the stator. The rotator is supported by the stator with a gap therefrom such that the rotator is rotatable. The end covers close opposite ends of the stator frame. The highly heat-conductive member is fixed by a resin material in a space defined inside the stator, the stator frame, and the end covers.

A totally enclosed motor which includes a rotor disposed inside a housing and a heat of the rotor is transferred to the housing, a stator disposed inside the housing and a heat of the stator is transferred to the housing, and an inner fin which is disposed in the rotor and agitates air inside the housing. Torque ripple suppression control device for permanent magnet motor and electric power steering system

A control technology for a synchronous motor for suppressing rotational pulsation caused by variation in individuals without making a control algorithm complex is provided. In a motor drive system which is a control device for a synchronous motor, in order to suppress the pulsation component of N times as high as the AC frequency for driving the synchronous motor, a controller in which the phase property of the disturbance response of the controller with respect to the pulsation frequency is within &#xb1;45&#xb0; is arranged. Therefore, the torque pulsation component generated from distortion in induction voltage or variation between phases is suppressed.
