The present application relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing, and relates to an alternate film pasting device for hard-case secondary batteries. The film pasting device comprises a frame, a material feeding apparatus, and two film feeding apparatuses; the frame is provided with a material feeding channel used for conveying bare materials, and a film pasting channel used for pasting an insulating film onto the bare materials is provided at an output end of the material feeding channel; the material feeding apparatus is disposed on the frame, the material feeding apparatus comprises two material pushing mechanisms, and the two material pushing mechanisms are used for alternately pushing the bare materials from the material feeding channel to the film pasting channel; the two material pushing mechanisms are capable of both reciprocating along a vertical direction, and one of the two material pushing mechanisms is capable of moving downward after pushing a part of the bare materials to the film pasting channel so as to avoid the other material pushing mechanism to push the other bare materials to the film pasting channel; and the two film feeding apparatuses are both disposed on the frame, and are used for alternately conveying, in turn, the insulating films to the bare materials reaching the film pasting channel.

Alternate film pasting devices for hard-case secondary batteries

The embodiments of the present disclosure provides a square housing battery coating device compatible with a plurality of coating manners. The device may include a machine station, a pushing device, a feeding device, a film releasing device, a film sending device, a film adhering device, a transferring and positioning device, an edge cutting device, and a folding and adhering device. The device may be configured to form a U-shaped coating battery by first paving an insulating film on a bottom side, a left side, and a right side of the battery input with the bottom side facing forward using a U-shaped coating manner, or form a hollow-square-shaped coating battery by first paving the insulating film on a front side, the left side, and the right side, and folding and adhering the back side of the battery input with the front side facing forward using a hollow-square-shaped coating manner.
