An electronical connector includes an insulation body and first and second conductive terminals. The insulation body includes a basal part, a middle part and a front end part defining a socketing space. The insulation body defines first and second terminal slots, with both communicating with the socketing space. The first terminal slot is positioned in the middle part and on an inner surface of a lower wall of the front end part. The second terminal slot is positioned in the middle part and on an inner surface of an upper wall of the front end part. The first and second conductive terminals are individually positioned in the first and second terminal slots. The first and second conductive terminals each include a contact part, a connection part, and a welding part. The contact part is positioned in the socketing space and the welding part protrudes out of the basal part.

The invention provides a cable connector component, a board connector component, and an electric connector assembly thereof. The cable connector component includes a connector, a fixed iron shell, and a cable including a plurality of core wires. The connector includes at least one pair of terminal pair, a first insulating body, a first metal shell, a group strip, and a printed circuit board. The terminal pair, the ground strip, and the first metal shell are assembled with the first insulating body. The first metal shell is assembled with the fixed iron shell. The fixed iron shell includes a convex hull which facilitates the cable to insert into the fixed iron shell. The board connector component, includes: a second metal shell including a butting chamber, a terminal group and a second insulting body which are fixed in the second metal shell. The second insulting body includes a base and a clapper disposed at a front end of the base. The clapper includes a first surface and a second surface which are disposed oppositely. A shielding plate is disposed between the first surface and the second surface, and the shielding plate includes a protrusion which is extended out of a side of the base and abuts against the second metal shell. As a result, a new grounding path is formed, which can reduce the electromagnetic interference and strengthen the insulating effect.

Cable connector component, board connector component, and electric connector assembly thereof

Disclosed are a plug connector component, a receptacle connector component, and a connector assembly. The plug connector comprises: an inserting portion; a printed circuit board, one portion of which is coupled to the inserting portion; an upper housing; and a lower housing, on which the upper housing is jointed, a receiving space for receiving the printed circuit board being formed between the upper housing and the lower housing, a side wall of the lower housing being partially outwardly bent to form a receiving groove on the side wall of the lower housing, a side of the printed circuit board being received in the receiving groove, the inserting portion being secured at a front end of the upper housing and the lower housing. The receptacle connector comprises a second metal shell having a joint chamber and a first module and a second module that are secured in the second metal shell, wherein: a first terminal is inlaid and insert molding in the first module; a second terminal is inlaid and insert molding in the second module, a contact portion of the first terminal overlapping a contact portion of the second terminal in a height direction perpendicular to an insertion direction; and a shielding plate is further inlaid and insert molding in the second module.

Plug connector, receptacle connector, and electric connector assembly thereof

The present invention discloses an electric connector and a cable connector assembly. The electric connector comprises: an insulative housing, a front end of the insulative housing being provided with a first terminal groove and a second terminal groove, a top portion and a bottom portion at a rear end of the insulative housing being respectively provided with a first barrier and a second barrier, a first receiving groove being formed between the first barrier and the second barrier; and a printed circuit board received in a clamping space. According to the present invention, the printed circuit board may be clamped on a rear end of the insulative housing.
