A filtration filter is suitable for performing cross-flow filtration by using a metallic porous membrane. A metallic porous membrane has a membrane portion for filtering filtration objects contained in a fluid and a held portion provided at its outer periphery. A first frame member and a second frame member hold the held portion of the metallic porous membrane there between. The held portion has a bent portion bent to a second principal surface side opposing a first principal surface of the membrane portion. The first frame member is in contact with the held portion at the first principal surface side of the metallic porous membrane. The second frame member is disposed at an inner side portion of the first frame member and is in contact with the held portion at the second principal surface side of the metallic porous membrane.

In a cell-capturing filter including a metal porous membrane, degradation over time is determined earlier. A cell-capturing filter includes a metal porous membrane having a plurality of through-holes that penetrate between two principal surfaces facing each other. The metal porous membrane is made of an alloy of nickel and an element selected from the group consisting of gold, platinum, and palladium, or a metal containing nickel as a main component. A metal containing copper as a main component is attached to a part of either one of the principal surfaces of the metal porous membrane. By checking a state change of the metal containing copper as a main component, degradation over time of the metal porous membrane can be determined earlier.

The first channel-forming member includes an external thread. The second channel-forming member includes an internal thread. The first channel-forming member and the second channel-forming member have respective inclined surfaces that incline with respect to a screw direction in which the external thread is screwed into the internal thread at positions nearer than the external thread and the internal thread to the first channel or the second channel, and the inclined surfaces are in contact with each other with the external thread screwed in the internal thread such that the first channel and the second channel are in communication with each other.
