A suturing device that sutures tissues by releasing a suture unit includes: a first anchor and a second anchor included in the suture unit; a hollow needle receiving the first and second anchors inside of the needle; a tube which is fixed to a proximal end of the needle; a wire inserted into the tube and the needle; a first sheath through which the tube and the needle are inserted; an operating portion main body fixed to a proximal end of the first sheath; a slider fixed to a proximal end of the tube and configured to move forward and backward freely in a sliding manner with respect to the operating portion main body; a slider control portion configured to regulate movement of the slider with respect to the operating portion main body at all times; a handle portion provided in the slider; and a deactivation member.

Suturing device

A fistulectomy method of forming a fistula between a first duct and a second duct is provided. The method including: inserting an insertion portion of an endoscope having a channel into the first duct; inserting a treatment instrument into the channel; feeding a distal end of the treatment instrument into the second duct through the first duct; discharging a first magnet from the distal end of the treatment instrument to the second duct; pulling the treatment instrument from the second duct; discharging a second magnet to the first duct; and attaching the first magnet and the second magnet magnetically when the first and second ducts are between the first and second magnets.

Fistulectomy method of forming a fistula between a first duct and a second duct

This treatment device for endoscope is used for cutting body tissue while the treatment device is retractably projected from a catheter. The treatment device includes: a control wire inserted into the catheter; and a cutting electrode mounted at the distal end of the control wire with the cutting electrode being imparted a bent configuration in advance. The cutting electrode elastically deforms in a state where the cutting electrode is retracted into the catheter, thereby assuming such a shape as to resemble the configuration of the catheter.

Treatment device for endoscope

A suture instrument includes: a therapeutic insertion section having a suture section for suturing tissue; a cylindrical main operation unit; a rod section in the main operation unit, for discharging a suture thread and end section members connected to the suture thread; a pusher's distal end section for pressing the end section member; and a guide mechanism for rotating the rod section after linear movement of the pusher's distal end section at a position where one of the end section member is fed from a distal end of the suture section, the rod section being rotated in the circumferential direction to a position where the other one of the end section members is fed from the distal end of the suture section, so that each one of the end section members is discharged one after another and so that the end section members can be separated finally.

Suture instrument

A suture instrument according to the present invention includes a suture tool having an anchor anchored to a biological tissue, a suture thread drawn out of the anchor, and a stopper disposed on the suture thread; a hollow puncture needle, which can house the anchor thereinside, having a hard needle portion formed with an opening at the distal end thereof; a pusher which is disposed to advance and retreat in the puncture needle and a proximal side of which extends to a proximal side with its distal end being in contact with the anchor; and an outer sheath which houses the puncture needle so as to advance and retreat, in which an engaging portion, which is detachably engaged with the suture thread which is drawn in a state where the anchor is housed in the puncture needle, is disposed in the puncture needle or in the pusher.

A suturing device is disclosed which sutures a tissue using a suture unit having a suture thread with both ends fitted to a first anchor and a second anchor, respectively. The suturing device includes a hollow tip member receiving the first and second anchors; a wire having a front end inserted through the hollow tip member so that the first and second anchors can be released out from the hollow tip member; a flexible tube, a parallel member, a relative position holding member, a forward movement restricting member, and an operating portion. At least one of the hollow tip member, the forward movement restricting member, and the flexible tube has a communication portion on an outer peripheral surface thereof so as to communicate with an internal cavity, and a middle portion of the suture unit is inserted into the communication portion and is tied to the wire.

A suture tool is provided in which the fixing member includes: a base portion which has a thin and longitudinal plate shape and which has a through-hole through which the suture thread passes; and a pair of bent pieces of which ends are opposed to each other by bending both ends of the base portion toward the center thereof. Thick plate portions which are thick in an insertion direction of the suture thread and which interpose the suture thread therebetween are disposed at the ends of the pair of bent pieces, respectively.

Suture tool

In the camera of the present invention, first cam grooves and second cam grooves which are branched from the middle portions of the first cam grooves and have a width narrower than a width of the first cam grooves are provided on a camera body. First cam followers having a diameter which corresponds to the cam width of the first cam grooves and second cam followers having a narrow diameter which corresponds to the cam width of the second cam grooves are provided on a slide barrier. At the time of moving the slide barrier from an opened position where the slide barrier is opened to a closed position where the slide barrier covers a picture taking lens, the first cam followers are prevented from entering or intruding into the second cam grooves having the narrow width and thus carry out the sliding movement along the first cam grooves.

A camera body includes a photographing lens. A barrier is supported on the camera body so as to be movable between a cover position covering the photographing lens and a retreat position retreated from the cover position in a first direction substantially parallel to an optical axis of the photographing lens and a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. A rail mechanism is provided to guide relative movement between the camera body and the barrier in the first and the second directions of the barrier. The rail mechanism comprises a first slide projection, a second slide projection, a first cam portion and a second cam portion. The first slide projection has a predetermined projecting length and guides movement of the barrier. The second slide projection has a projecting length longer than the first slide projection and guides movement of the barrier. The first cam portion is slidably engaged with the first and the second slide projections and guides movement of the barrier in the second direction. The second cam portion, branched from the first cam means and slidably engaged with only the first slide projection, guides movement of the barrier in the first direction.

Camera having a barrier capable of single smooth operation

A camera body has a photographing lens. A barrier member is mounted on the camera body to be movable between a position at which the photographing lens is exposed and a position at which the photographing lens is covered. At least two pairs of support portions are placed in pairs at opposing positions on the two sides of the photographing lens and contribute to support the barrier member. At least four rail portions separately engage with at least the two pairs of support portions on the two sides of the photographing lens.

Camera having barrier member capable of smoothly moving

A small camera having a barrier is provided with holding mechanism of a barrier position that requires little space. The holding mechanism includes an elastic member (click spring) having a U-shaped engaged portion (claw) urged toward, for example, a front cover of the camera body. The elastic member is fixed to a back surface of a barrier. A concave engaging portion (click spring insertion hole) engaged with the engaged portion of the elastic member is formed in the front cover of the camera body. The barrier is movable between a closing position covering a photographing lens and an opening position retreated from the closing position. When the barrier has been moved to reach the closing position or the opening position, the barrier is firmly held stationary by the force imparted to the elastic member.
