False detection of a ghost is prevented. A radar apparatus includes: transmission circuitry, which, in operation, transmits a radar signal; main reflective object detection circuitry, which, in operation, detects a main reflective object in a detection area using a reflected wave of the radar signal; in-area determination circuitry, which, in operation, determines a main area where a ghost caused by a reflective object outside the detection area and the main reflective object is located, the main area being inside the detection area; and auxiliary reflective object detection circuitry, which, in operation, detects a position of an auxiliary reflective object in the main area using a reception signal of the reflected wave of the radar signal, the auxiliary reflective object being located farther than the main reflective object on an extension of a line connecting the radar apparatus and the main reflective object.

Radar apparatus and radar system

Provided is an improved estimation and identification device that estimates the position of a plurality of identification targets and identifies the plurality of identification targets. The estimation and identification device has a configuration comprising: a plurality of tracking devices that emit electromagnetic waves or sound waves and detect the position of an identification target on the basis of reflected electromagnetic waves or sound waves from the identification target holding a wireless transmission terminal; a plurality of wireless communications devices that wirelessly communicate with wireless communications terminals and receive identification information for the wireless communications terminals from the wireless communications terminals; and an analysis circuit that identifies the identification target and estimates the position of the identification target, on the basis of the results of the wireless communications results, the detected position of the identification target, and the identification information.

Estimation and identification device and estimation and identification system

Performance of a radar apparatus including a plurality of transceiver ICs is improved. The radar apparatus includes: a plurality of integrated circuit, which, in operation, perform signal processing on a received signal; and a signal processing circuit, which, in operation, compensates for a deviation between the plurality of integrated circuits based on a difference between leak radio wave components received by receive antennas corresponding respectively to the plurality of integrated circuits.

Radar apparatus

A plurality of transmission antennas include Nt1 transmission antennas arranged in a first direction and Nt2 transmission antennas arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, a plurality of reception antennas include Na1 reception antennas arranged in the first direction and Na2 reception antennas arranged in the second direction. In the first direction, an inter-element space between any two of the Nt1 transmission antennas and an inter-element space between any two of the Na1 reception antennas are each a value which is a product of a first space and an integer and are all values different from each other, and in the second direction, an inter-element space between any two of the Nt2 transmission antennas and an inter-element space between any two of the Na2 reception antennas are each a value which is a product of a second space and an integer and are all values different from each other.

Radar device

An antenna-integrated module includes: one or more semiconductor chips each including a silicon substrate, a metal layer stacked on a first surface of the silicon substrate, and one or more frequency converters; an insulating layer that surrounds the one or more semiconductor chips; a re-distribution layer that is stacked on a first surface of the insulating layer and on a first surface of the metal layer; one or more first antenna elements that are provided on the first surface of the metal layer with a first conductor pattern and that are connected to the one or more frequency converters; and one or more second antenna elements that are provided with a second conductor pattern on a first surface of the re-distribution layer stacked on the first surface of the insulating layer and that are connected to the one or more frequency converters.

Antenna-integrated module and radar device

An antenna device includes: a first sub-array antenna provided on a substrate and having a group of first antenna elements, one or more third antenna elements, and a first electrical power line through which electric power is supplied to the group of first antenna elements and the one or more third antenna elements; and a second sub-array antenna provided on the substrate and having a group of second antenna elements, the one or more third antenna elements, and a second electrical power line through which electric power is supplied to the group of second antenna elements and the one or more third antenna elements. The one or more third antenna elements are placed away from the first electrical power line and the second electrical power line.

An antenna substrate, provided with: a substrate, a ground electrode, a first antenna element, a second antenna element, a first transmission line and a second transmission line. The first antenna element that is arranged at a first distance away from the ground electrode, on the substrate within the first opening area. The first distance is different from the second distance.

Antenna substrate

An array antenna device of this disclosure includes a substrate, a strip conductor with a linear-shape, which is provided on the substrate, and a power feeder that feeds power to the strip conductor, and a plurality of loop elements, a conductor plate, and a plurality of feeding elements. The plurality of loop elements are provided on a first surface of the substrate, and are located along the strip conductor with a specified spacing from each other. Each of the plurality of loop elements has a loop-shape with a notch. The plurality of feeding elements are connected to the strip conductor, and each has a shape extending along a portion of an outer edge of corresponding one of the plurality of loop elements. The conductor plate is provided on a second surface of the substrate.

Array antenna device

A radio-frequency module includes: boards; interconnect parts that are conductor layers on the individual boards, at least one of the conductor layers being connected to an RF chip; a land that is a conductor layer connected to one of the interconnect parts; a transmission unit disposed between the boards, connected to the boards through the land to transmit a signal; a ground conductor disposed around the land and the interconnect part connected to the land; an isolation part disposed between the interconnect layer connected to the land and the ground conductor to isolate the interconnect layer connected to the land from the ground conductor; and a coupling part disposed between the land and the ground conductor to short-circuit the land and the ground conductor.

Radio-frequency module

An oscillation signal generation circuit includes an oscillator and a calibration circuit. The oscillator includes a reference signal source circuit that has a reference signal source outputting a reference signal and converts the output reference signal into a control voltage, a filter that includes a variable resistance and a capacitance and removes noise in the control voltage, a transistor that converts the control voltage which has passed through the filter into a control current and outputs the control current, a core circuit that is driven by the control current and generates an output signal, and an output terminal that outputs the generated output signal. The calibration circuit is connected to the output terminal of the oscillator, detects whether or not the generated output signal is oscillating, and adjusts the current value of the control current by controlling the resistance value of the variable resistance in accordance with the detection result.

Oscillation signal generation circuit

A power amplifier circuit includes an input that receives a first input signal having a first phase and a second input signal having a second phase, a first transistor that includes a source that is supplied with a first voltage, and a gate that receives the first input signal, a second transistor that includes a source that is supplied with the first voltage, and a gate that receives the second input signal, a first neutralizing circuit that neutralizes a parasitic element, a second neutralizing circuit that neutralizes a parasitic element, N third transistors, N being an integer equal to or higher that 1, N fourth transistors, and an output that is connected between a drain of the N-th third transistor and a drain of the N-th fourth transistor and outputs a first output signal having a third phase and a second output signal having a fourth phase.

Power amplifier circuit

A power amplifier circuit includes N (N is an integer equal to or greater than 2) power amplifier circuit cores, which in operation, amplify power of an input signal, N inductors, which in operation, are connected to the N power amplifier circuit cores, and ring-oscillator-type transconductance (gm) generation circuitry, which in operation, generates transconductance (gm) for compensating power loss of the N inductors.

An array antenna includes: a feed line provided on a first surface of a substrate; a plurality of antenna elements that are provided on the first surface at predetermined gap along the feed line and that are electromagnetically coupled with the feed line; and a conductor plate that is provided on a second surface of the substrate different from the first surface and that is ground for the feed line and the plurality of antenna elements, the plurality of antenna elements including a first antenna element having a shape that resonates at a first frequency and a second antenna element having a shape that resonates at a second frequency different from the first frequency.

Array antenna

On the basis of a cathepsin S inhibitory effect, an excellent agent for treating or preventing autoimmune disease, allergic disease, graft rejection of an organ, bone marrow or tissue, systemic lupus erythematosus, or the like is provided. It was found that a nitrogen-containing bicyclic heterocyclic compound has an excellent cathepsin S inhibitory effect, thereby completing the invention. The compound of the present invention has an cathepsin S inhibitory effect, and can be used as an agent for preventing and/or treating autoimmune disease, allergic disease, graft rejection of an organ, bone marrow or tissue, systemic lupus erythematosus, or the like.
