A base station device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires reception quality of each of a plurality of carriers from a terminal device that performs primary cell connection for transmission and reception of a control channel signal using a carrier whose reception quality is most preferable; a decision unit that decides an amount of increase in transmission power of one of the carriers based on the reception quality acquired by the acquisition unit; a determination unit that estimates whether switching of the primary cell connection occurs in case of increasing the transmission power by the amount of increase and determines whether to increase the transmission power according to the estimation result; and an instruction unit that instructs a transmission unit to increase the transmission power of the carrier by the amount of increase when the determination unit determines to increase the transmission power.

Wireless communication system, base station device and transmission power control method

A HeNB includes a CQI acquiring unit and an SIR acquiring unit that measure communication qualities of transmission bands on an uplink side and a downlink side. The HeNB, upon detecting an interference difference between bands in a transmission band on each of the uplink side and the downlink side on the basis of a result of measurement of the communication qualities, sets allocation of a band in which the communication quality satisfies a predetermined condition in the transmission band in which the interference difference is detected. The HeNB includes a control unit that, upon detecting signal interference on the downlink side on the basis of the result of the measurement of the communication qualities, controls a band on the downlink side, and controls a band on the uplink side in the transmission band in cooperation with the control on the band on the downlink side.

A wireless base station apparatus to establish a wireless connection with a terminal equipment detects an intensity of a signal transmitted from another terminal equipment; calculates, as transmission power for the terminal equipment, a sum of a first parameter adjusted at an interval of predetermined time and a second parameter taking a value between a predetermined first minimum value and a predetermined first maximum value; sets, as the second parameter, the larger value of a difference between first target power and the first parameter and the first minimum value when detecting that reception power of the signal transmitted from another terminal equipment is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, and further sets a difference between the first target power and the first minimum value as the first parameter and the first minimum value as the second parameter when the first parameter is adjusted.

Wireless base station apparatus and communication method

A wireless station includes: a receiver configured to receive information on a reception quality from a wireless communication apparatus that is connected to the wireless station; and a processor coupled to the receiver and configured to: calculate, based on the reception quality, an index value indicating a difference between a signal-to-interference ratio in the wireless communication apparatus and transmission power of the wireless station, calculate a statistical amount of the index value calculated with regard to each of the plurality of reception qualities, and determine the transmission power in accordance with the statistical amount.

A base station communicates with a mobile station that receives downlink data from the base station and that transmits uplink data to a second base station. The base station includes a data transmitter configured to transmit the downlink data to the mobile station; and a control information receiver configured to receive from the mobile station through a path passing through the second base station, feedback information concerning the downlink data transmitted by the data transmitter.
