The present invention provides an aqueous dispersion comprising, (A) a highly modified polyolefin of a polyolefin (a) having a structural unit derived from ethylene and a structural unit derived from propylene and having a melting peak observed by differential scanning calorimetric analysis, by an &#x3b1;,&#x3b2;-unsaturated carboxylic acid compound, (B) a polyolefin (B-1) having a structural unit derived from at least one olefin selected from the group consisting of ethylene and &#x3b1;-olefins having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and/or a lowly modified polyolefin (B-2) of the polyolefin (B-1) by an &#x3b1;,&#x3b2;-unsaturated carboxylic acid compound, and (C) a basic compound, wherein a mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of the component (A) and the component (B) is 60/40 to 97.5/2.5.

The present invention is to provide a light-controlling film giving an excellent haze, and a compound and a composition which enable to produce the film. The invention provides phenyl acrylate represented by the formula (I); a composition comprising the phenyl acrylate and at least two kinds of compounds having a polymerizable carbon-carbon bond in a molecule; and a film obtained by photo-curing the above-mentioned composition.
