A medical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes a urethane substrate, an interlayer adhesive layer, an olefin nonwoven fabric, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for pasting in order and has a moisture permeability amount of 2000 g/(m&#xb7;24 hours) or more, or the like. In the medical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a thickness of the urethane substrate is a value within the range of from 1 to 10 &#x3bc;m, a thickness of the interlayer adhesive layer is a value within the range of from 5 to 30 &#x3bc;m, the olefin nonwoven fabric is constituted with a polypropylene-based thermoplastic elastomer and has a maximum point elongation percentage of a value of 200% or more in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, respectively, and a thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for pasting is a value within the range of from 5 to 45 &#x3bc;m.
