A gas analyzer using a quadrupole mass spectrometric method etc. is provided with an ionizer to ionize a sample gas, a first ion detector and a second ion detector each configured to detect a respective ion from ionizer, and each being disposed a respective distance from the ionizer on an opposite side of the ionizer, the respective distances being different from each other, a filter interposed between the ionizer and the first ion detector to selectively allow ions from the ionizer to pass therethrough, and an arithmetic device to correct a partial pressure of a specific component obtained from the first ion detector and selected by the filter by using a first total pressure of the sample gas obtained from the first ion detector and a second total pressure of the sample gas obtained from the second ion detector.

Gas analyzer

Provided is an excellent residual gas analyzer, which can perform measurements while being suitably arranged even in small areas, such as those in semiconductor equipments, and can perform measurements for display of measurement results without an external personal computer. The analyzer is provided with a sensor unit having a sensor section for detecting a residual gas; an operating section for receiving operation for controlling the sensor section; a residual gas analysis processing section for processing analysis of the residual gas based on the output from the sensor section; and an analysis processing result screen display section for displaying on a screen the analysis processing results obtained from the residual gas analysis processing section. The analyzer is also provided with a device main body which can be in a mounted status wherein the sensor unit is mounted or in a removed status wherein the sensor unit is removed.

Residual gas analyzer

A pneumatic infrared ray detector for use in a gas analyzer provided with a gas-slowly leaking mechanism capable of not only controlling a quantity of gas leaked in high accuracy but also increasing a range capable of controlling said quantity of gas leaked is provided. A body is provided with gas chambers and a detecting gas chamber and the respective gas chambers are communicated with said detecting gas chamber through gas passages. A ring-shaped leak-controlling sheet on the bottom surface of the detecting gas chamber is provided with a groove-like gas-leaking passage between the inner and outer circumferential edges thereof and a ring-shaped diaphragm and a vibrating diaphragm are built up on said leak-controlling sheet to be fixedly pressurized by means of a cover plate through a pressurizing member and a plate spring.

Pneumatic infrared ray detector for use in gas analyzer

As gas-liquid centrifugal separator includes a housing having a gas separating chamber that communicates with a source of a gas sample. A rotating plate can be positioned within the gas separating chamber for the centrifugal separation of liquids and/or solid particulates from the sample gas. The gas separating chamber is maintained at a pressure differential below that of the source of the gas sample. The discharge passageway communicates with the separating chamber to remove the separated liquid and solid particulates. A pressure regulator assembly is connected to the discharge passageway and a source of a pressurized gas in order to be responsive to variations in the pressure status of the discharge passageway and thereby vary the flow of the secondary pressurized gas to render the pressure level in the discharge passage constant to enable a constant effluence of the separated liquid and solid particulates.

Centrifugal separator for preparing automotive exhaust gas for pollution

An improved gas liquid separator assembly is provided having a housing block with an interior gas liquid separating chamber. A sample gas introducing conduit and a sample gas discharging conduit can extend from the exterior of the housing block to one upper surface of the separating chamber. An opening can extend through the lower end of the housing block from the other side of the separating chamber to the exterior of the housing block. This opening is of a configuration complementary to a detachable mounted motor block for supporting a centrifugal separator. The centrifugal separator can be easily detached for maintenance of the gas liquid separating chamber.

A gas analyzer provided with apertures on the optical paths from a light source through a cell to sensors and multi-layer interference band-pass filters on the respective optical paths. The structure makes it possible to change the distance between each sensor and the corresponding aperture, or the change the size of the aperture, for changing the maximum angle of incidence of light on the filters which is sensed by the sensors to thus change the central wavelength of the filters.

A gas analyzer has a generally cylindrical cell having cell windows closing the opposite ends thereof and which are infrared passing materials and pipes for passing a sample gas through the cell, a source of infrared radiation at one end of the cell, a chopper at the other end of the cell, and a sensing part of the other end of the cell on the opposite side of the chopper from the cell. The sensing part has a plurality of dual pyroelectric sensors spaced around the axis of the cell and each having a pair of elements constituted by a light receiving element for receiving infrared radiation which has passed through the cell and an auxiliary element, the pair of elements in each sensor being positioned substantially radially relative to the axis of the cell with the light receiving element radially inwardly of the auxiliary element and lying within the cross-section of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical cell and the auxiliary element lying outside the cross-section.

The present invention is concerned with a tubing pump used for conveying various kinds of fluids with a plurality of tubes different from each other in inner diameter and pressed by a rotating tube-pressing device. Each of the tubing parts of tubes to be pressed by the tube pressing device is connected to the remaining parts of the tube so as to be replaceable and to compose a tube unit in cooperation with the remaining parts. Relative position coordinating pins are provided for enabling correct replacement of tubing parts assembled into the tube unit to be pressed.

A flow through system liquid membrane type electrode used for measuring a specific ion concentration in a flowing liquid sample. A cylindrical membrane holding member which is flat at one side surface, holds a sheet-like liquid membrane, the liquid membrane facing a liquid sample passage formed in a synthetic resin block, thereby to form a strong junction between the liquid membrane and the sample passage.

A flow system glass electrode in use for pH measurement, which houses the glass electrode body in a resin block to improve an impact resistance, the glass electrode body being sealed by a packing to be small-sized and improve the degree of freedom in the direction of the use, sample flow tubes each being equal in an inner diameter to a response film and separate from the glass electrode body in order to eliminate stagnation of a sample liquid, enable the measurement of a minute sample, and facilitate manufacture and assembly of the electrode, the sample flow tubes being connected with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet at the glass electrode body through couplings respectively.
