A rotational driving force transmission mechanism includes a cylindrical shaft made of fiber reinforced plastic, and a first constant velocity joint. The shaft is joined to the first constant velocity joint via a metallic intervening member which is attached to one end of the shaft in the axial direction. The intervening member includes a shaft portion and a main body portion. The shaft portion is inserted into the one end of the shaft from a distal end side thereof. The main body portion is of a bottomed tubular shape made up from a bottom part joined to a proximal end side of the shaft portion, and a tubular portion fitted over the one end of the shaft. The first constant velocity joint includes an inner ring fitted externally over the tubular portion of the intervening member.

Rotational driving force transmission mechanism

A power transmitting apparatus mounted on a vehicle includes a right motor unit connected to a right rear wheel and having a right clutch, and a left motor unit connected to a left rear wheel and having a left clutch. The power transmitting apparatus has an ECU. The ECU detects respective power transmitting capabilities of the clutches, and adjusts the torque of a right motor or a left motor if the power transmitting capability of at least one of the right motor unit and the left motor unit is varied.

Power transmitting apparatus

A propulsive apparatus for use in an electric vehicle includes a gear rotatable by a propulsive motor and having first teeth, and a constant velocity joint having an outer member which includes a larger-diameter portion having second teeth on an outer wall surface thereof. The second teeth serve as part of a speed reducer mechanism which is thus interposed between the propulsive motor and the constant velocity joint. When the gear is rotated by the propulsive motor, the propulsive power is transmitted through the speed reducer mechanism to the constant velocity joint for rotation.

Propulsive apparatus for electric vehicles

Grooves as ball rolling grooves are formed in a side peripheral wall of a preparatory formed body that is to be an inner member. A recess opened so as to be continuous to curved bottom sections of the grooves, which face a through-hole, is formed in one end surface of the preparatory formed body. In carburizing, carburizing gas entering into space between the through-hole and a support shaft member flows through the recess after coming into contact with inner teeth, and is then discharged to the outside of the preparatory formed body via the curved bottom sections of the grooves. On the contrary, the carburizing gas having been in contact with the curved bottom sections of the grooves flows through the recess to come to be in contact with the inner teeth and is then discharged through the space.

Member with inner teeth and method of producing the same

An object of the invention is to provide a flat ceramic sheet including an internal electrode used for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic electronic part. Specifically, an electrode portion is formed on a surface of a transparent base member, and a photosensitive slurry containing dielectric powder is applied thereon. The photosensitive slurry is exposed from the backside of the base member up to a predetermined thickness, and then it is subjected to development. After that, the base member is removed. Thus, a ceramic green sheet is obtained.
