An object is to provide a technique capable of fixing a plurality of wiring members to the attachment surface as close as possible. A wiring module includes: a base member having an attachment surface; a plurality of wiring members disposed on the attachment surface; and a holding member holding the plurality of wiring members in an arranged state on the attachment surface. The holding member includes at least one sheet portion in which at least one hole is formed. The plurality of wiring members are passed through the at least one hole and held in the arranged state. The sheet portion is joined to the attachment surface.

A wiring member includes: a flat wiring body including a plurality of wire-like transmission members, and a base member that holds the plurality of wire-like transmission members to be flat; and a pattern provided on the flat wiring body, and making a three-dimensional posture of the flat wiring body recognizable.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes a wiring body and a pattern. The wiring body includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members and a base material. The plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed to the base material in an aligned state, and the pattern is provided on the wiring body. The pattern makes a two-dimensional position of at least a part of a portion related to the base material recognizable in the wiring body.

A wiring member includes a wire-like transmission member, a holding member, and a connector. The holding member is configured to hold the wire-like transmission member two-dimensionally in a positioned state. The connector is attached to an end portion of the wire-like transmission member. The connector is provided with an orientation recognition mark.

The wiring member includes a wiring body and a shape maintaining member. The wiring body includes a sheet-like member and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet-like member. The shape maintaining member is formed into a sheet-like shape having higher stiffness than the sheet-like member and covers at least one side of the wiring body along a front-back direction of the wiring body to maintain a shape of the wiring body.

A wiring member includes a sheet material and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet material. For example, the sheet material is considered to be made by combining a plurality of base materials to be processed to extend to regions different from each other.

Wiring member and method of manufacturing wiring member

A wire harness includes a functional exterior component, at least one electric wire, and at least one thread. The functional exterior component is shaped into a sheet. The electric wire is disposed on one main surface of the functional exterior component. With the thread the electric wire is sewn on the functional exterior component.

A carbody support device of a railway vehicle, including support mechanisms installed between a front bogie and a carbody and between a rear bogie and the carbody in a traveling direction, and supporting the carbody against the respective bogies. The support mechanisms regulate both the front bogie and the rear bogie inclining in the same vehicle width direction with respect to the carbody when the railway vehicle travels through a curve, while the support mechanisms permit the front bogie and the rear bogie inclining in different vehicle width directions.

The present invention relates to a part feeder supplying a plurality of parts, the part feeder including part supply members having a part loading path enabling the plurality of parts to be loaded in a state where postures of the plurality of parts are lined up. A part passage is provided to a first end of the part loading path, the part passage enabling the plurality of parts to pass while maintaining a fixed posture for each, and in which a gas passage is provided to a second end of the part loading path, the gas passage not enabling the plurality of parts to pass and enabling in- and outflow of a gas. The present invention, accordingly, enables reduction of equipment costs of a part feeder. The present invention is particularly advantageous for a device supplying rubber stoppers.

A railcar bogie includes: a bolster located under a carbody of a railcar; an air spring including an air spring main body in which air is stored, the air spring being arranged between the carbody and the bolster; a coil spring arranged between the air spring and the bolster and configured to separate the air spring from the bolster by restoring force thereof in a state where a height of the carbody is maintained at a certain height regardless of the air spring; and a limiting member configured to limit the amount of displacement of the coil spring to limit the amount of separation between the air spring and the bolster.

A process and system for mounting terminals with electric wires in cavities of connector housings. Press-connecting terminals are initially loaded in cavities arranged in an upper surface of a connector jig and electric wires are press-connected on the terminals in the jigs. Then, the terminals with electric wires are transferred from the connector jig to cavities arranged in a lower surface of a inserting jig by pins arranged to contact and push the terminals from below in the transfer direction. Then, the terminals are loaded from the inserting jig to cavities of connector housings from the back by blades arranged to contact and push the terminals from one end in the inserting directing.

An apparatus and method are provided to perform an insulation-displacement connecting operation and a cover mounting operation efficiently, and hence to improve a yield for insulation-displacement joint connectors having many contacts. The apparatus includes a press unit () with a slide unit () for carrying connection-assisting parts, such as a wire-checking device for checking a housing of an insulation-displacement joint connector, a wire pushing device and a cover holder. A wire checking operation, a wire pushing operation and a cover mounting operation are performed continuously by switching the slide unit () by means of a switching device () and successively driving the connection-assisting parts by means of one press ().
