In order to control the amount of evaporation of discharged agent droplets and so that a user can inhale agent droplets having a constant diameter regardless of use environment, an inhalation apparatus includes an airflow path communicating with a suction port through which the user inhales an agent, an agent discharging portion configured to discharge an agent supplied to the airflow path, and a humidifier located outside the airflow path and configured to humidify an airflow in the airflow path generated by an inhalation of the user.

Inhalation apparatus

There is provided an inhaler that allows inhalation of droplets having a fixed diameter, regardless of the use condition of the inhaler. The inhaler allows a user to inhale medicine from a suction port thereof. The inhaler includes an air passage through which the medicine passes, the air passage being connected to the suction port, an opening attached to a medicine ejection portion for ejecting the medicine, and provided in a part of the air passage so that the ejected medicine is released into the air passage therethrough, a passage-length determining portion configured to determine the proper distance from the opening to the suction port in accordance with a size of droplets of the medicine ejected from the medicine ejection portion and/or an ejection frequency, and a passage-length changing mechanism configured to change the distance from the opening to the suction port.

Inhaler

An inhaler, capable of inhaling liquid droplets having a constant diameter regardless of use environments, for making a user inhale medicine from a suction port has: an air flow path connected with the suction port and for passing the medicine through; an opening mounted with a medicine ejection portion for ejecting the medicine and formed at a part of the air flow path so that the ejected medicine is ejected in the air flow path; a flow path length determining portion for determining a distance from the opening to the suction port according to use environments in using the inhaler; and a flow path length adjustable mechanism capable of changing the distance from the opening to the suction port.
