High-voltage connector

A terminal block of a novel structure is disclosed which can improve the heat dissipation performance of a terminal while achieving a size reduction with a small number of components. The terminal block is provided with a terminal including a connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal on a tip side and a fixing portion on a base end side, a shield shell made of metal and including a tubular receptacle for surrounding the connecting portion of the terminal, a holding tube portion for surrounding the fixing portion of the terminal and a contact portion to be held in thermal contact with an external heat dissipation target and a filling resin portion for integrally fixing the fixing portion of the terminal to the holding tube portion of the shield shell by filling up between facing surfaces of the fixing portion and the holding tube portion.

Female terminal

A multi-contact terminal includes a polygonal tube with side walls. Front resilient contact pieces extend from front ends of the side walls in a connecting direction to a mating terminal. The front resilient contact pieces are folded rearward by front folded portions and are to be brought resiliently into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the mating terminal inside the polygonal tube. Rear resilient contact pieces extend from rear ends of the side walls in the connecting direction. The rear resilient contact pieces are folded forward by rear folded portions and are to be brought resiliently into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the mating terminal inside the polygonal tube. The polygonal tube, the front resilient contact pieces and the rear resilient contact pieces are integral with one another.

Multi-contact terminal

A lever-type connector () to be connected to a mating connector () and fixed to connector fixing portions () provided on the mating connector () includes a lever () to be operated in a state engaged with engaging portions () provided on the mating connector () and configured to connect a housing () to the mating connector () by a boosting action exhibited by the operation thereof. With the lever () located at a connection position, a shield shell () and the lever () are fastened together to the connector fixing portions () by bolts.
